Great location and customer service
This hotel was in a convenient location and was very clean. The customer service at reception was excellent both during check in and in helping arrange a taxi. I would stay here again if in Mendoza.

Walkable location for good resturants
The location is just about perfect for those whose priority is walk ability for good restaurants. The a/c was hit and miss. The bed was fine and the pillows were good.

Hotel velho, quarto todo estragado, chuveiro caindo, paredes sujas, cama horrível, um absurdo um hotel desse nível numa cidade maravilhosa, não recomendo este hotel, as fotos enganam e o valor muito caro pra um hotel ruim

El hotel está bien ubicado. Pero brinda un servicio muy bajo. Desayuno pésimo. Poca variedad, los productos no eran frescos. La habitación limpia, pero pequeña y poco acogedora con rejas en la ventana. Muy ruidoso. El baño se mojaba por completo luego de usar la ducha.

O que eu mais gostei foi, a localização ! O café da manhã é muito fraco ( não tem opção) . O quarto também é muito pequeno e o elevador precisa de uma reforma .
