C'est un super hôtel, très bon repas, très bon service, excellente animations par de géniaux animateurs et animatrices qui font que votre séjours se passent agréablement bien,de super excursions inoubliable, l hôtel est propre, vous avez un spa super,bien accueilli, le personnel du spa sont vraiment très gentil,le spa de cet hôtel est relaxant à 200%,le personnel s occupe très bien de vous, vraiment impeccable, l hôtel cactus yali vraiment superbe !!!!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au Yali. Hôtel propre, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. La nourriture est correcte bien que tout soit exposé à l'air et qu'il y a beaucoup de mouches dans le restaurant. Les équipes d'animation sont sympathiques que ce soit du côté marmara ou équipe turc. La plage est propre et il y a pas mal de transa disponibles pas comme aux piscines ou tout est réservé avec des serviettes et l'on voit les transa vides toute la matinée. Les excursions comme dit et redit il faut sortir voir mustapha qui, pour la mm chose est beaucoup moins cher. Dommage pour Marmara mais on regarde son porte monnaie. Le soir les boutiques en ville sont ouvertes agréable pour se promener. Maintenant ce n'est pas non plus un endroit exceptionnel ou inoubliable. A faire au moins 1 fois.

Ik ben hier nu voor de t****e keer, na een eerdere fijne ervaring drie jaar geleden. Helaas is mijn ervaring deze keer totaal anders en erg teleurstellend. De sfeer en mentaliteit zijn sterk veranderd, en ik heb me regelmatig ongewenst en ongelijk behandeld gevoeld. Een schrijnend voorbeeld: ik wilde een cola halen bij de bar en werd weggestuurd naar een andere bar, zogenaamd omdat het daar niet kon. Nog geen 30 seconden later krijgt mijn vriendin – die wit is – wél gewoon haar drankje bij dezelfde bar zonder problemen. Dit voelt voor mij ronduit discriminerend aan. Ook kleine dingen bevestigen het verschil in behandeling. Toen ik een croissant meenam uit het restaurant voor mijn kind, werd ik daarop aangesproken dat dit niet mocht. Ondertussen zie ik andere gasten borden vol eten meenemen zonder enige reactie van het personeel. Het is jammer, want drie jaar geleden voelde dit hotel warm en gastvrij aan. Gelukkig zijn er nog een paar lichtpuntjes – het personeel bij de receptie is nog steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar alles bij elkaar genomen zou ik Club Yali op dit moment niet meer aanraden, zeker niet als je verwacht gelijk en respectvol behandeld te worden.

Il resort è molto pulito ed è tenuto molto bene. Molto bella la piscina, buffet vario e abbondante. La camera era molto spaziosa e la terrazzina molto comoda. Letti comodi. Il mare è pulito, il fondale solo a tratti sabbioso, spesso con ciottoli ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. Il resort propone varie attività e spettacoli serali. Appena fuori dal resort una bella pista pedonale permette di fare una bella passeggiata lungomare fino al paese ricco di negozietti. Vivamente consigliato!

Bugün geldik. 10 yaşındaki kızımızla birlikte 3 kişilik bir oda istediğimiz halde odada iki ayrı tek kisilik yatak vardı. Odaya yerleşince söyledik, yatağın birini çift kişilik yapacaklarını söylediler. Yapilmayinca tekrar hatirlattik, yine yapılmadı. Saat 20.42 olduğu halde hâla yatak yok. Çalışanlar ilgisiz, yemekler vasatın altında. Sivrisinek çok.Beş yıldızlı otel diye geldik ama hiç beğenmedik.3 gün daha burdayız, bakalım fikrim değişecek mi?

War ein spontaner Urlaub als Familie und wir haben jede Sekunde hier genossen. Unser Zimmer war an der Straßenseite, also auch ruhig und wir konnten schlafen wann wir wollten. Super aufgeteilt aber nicht zu weitläufig. Der aquapark ist nur 150m entfernt und unter der woche für hotelgäste gratis. Man braucht wasserschuhe für den strand. Essen war für mich gut, für meinen Mann okay. Das hotel gehört zum cactus hotel, falls man hier auf google maps schaut kann es etwas verwirrend sein. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Cactus grubunda 3. Bu otele 2. Gelişim. İlkinden memnun kaldım ikincisine geldik. Şimdi sıra yine memnun kaldık yine geleceğiz. Otel rezervasyon yaptırmaktan baslayan , otele giriş anından itibaren herşey çok güzeldi, her zaman çözüm odaklı güler yuzlu.Resepsiyondan odalar, yemeklerden barlara tüm calisanlara ve özellikle animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Biraz düşük cümle oldu. Özü şu biz yine tatilimizi bu otelde geçirmeyi planlayacagiz..

Excellentes vacances au sein du club Yali à Izmir. 5* mérité! L'hôtel est super, les chambres sont faites chaque jour, plage privée à proximité, piscines, la restauration est très bien, beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts, mise à part les jus trop sucrés je ne comprends pas pourquoi les gens font de mauvais commentaires sur la restauration (qu'ils mangent à l'extérieur dans ce cas) ! Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel, serveurs, femmes de service, jardinier Pour les excursions il y a en face de l'hôtel la boutique chez Mustapha qui propose des tarifs intéressants je vous conseille d'y aller ça vaut le coup. Un grand merci aux 2 Mustapha , son épouse pour leur gentillesse et l'accueil toujours disponibles avec le sourire. Signés les 2 sœurs et Ilyes
