Einfach traumhaft Bin alleine mit meinen beiden Kindern Mädchen 7 Jahre, Junge 16 Jahre verreist. Hatten ein Familienzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig durch den direkten Poolzugang auch einfach super… Im Miniclub war Eda und Fadik sehr engagiert und liebevoll, meine Tochter konnte es kaum abwarten hinzugehen. Vielen lieben Dank Eda! Vielen lieben Dank Fadik! Ihr seid super! Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Die Kellner waren alle zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hikmet und Mehmetali, Muso waren unsere Favoriten 👏… Fotoshooting nur zu empfehlen Es gab nie Langeweile, viele Programme wurden Angeboten und trotzdem konnte man sich super erholen. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder !

Sehr gute Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Schöne Aussicht zum Meer. Personal sehr freundlich. Animation ist sehr freundlich und macht spaß. Erkan ist sehr freundlich. Restaurants sind sehr lecker und wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder!

We came to this hotel for 1 week, we really liked the hotel and we can have fun. The food is really delicious and suits our taste. The animation activities are full and we liked the dart game but they can work a little more actively for the kids. Thank you for Erkan, they entertained us.

Super Hotelanlage und top Service! Kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit hier. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Mesut und Serdar von der Quentine-Bar bedanken, die sich immer viel Mühe gegeben haben. Vielen Dank Paloma Pasha

This is by far the worst 5* hotel I've stayed at. The main buffet restaurant service is appalling. There were many times that there was no service to my table, that meant no drinks were bought over. Tables were left a mess, with no one cleaning up. Tables didn't have basic cutlery, so people would bring a plate of food to the table from the buffet and have no cutlery to eat with. Waiters were rude. The room, was OK. Although the bathroom tap had no running water (video included), but I must say it was repaired rather quickly. Robes and gowns are not given as a standard to the room, which is usually something given at other 5* hotels. Upon arrival I found what appeared to be a blood stain on the towel, this was replaced quickly by the staff, but not something that should have been there. The toilet had mess in it when we arrived. Attached are pictures of the public men's toilet, near the main buffet, you can see these words scratched into the door, again, not a 5* experience to have graffiti inside a hotel. As many others have already said, the swimming pools are not heated and are absolutely freezing, not many people were swimming due to this. The outside temperature was 30+ yet that pool was far too cold to enjoy. The food is OK. I expected a lot of original Turkish cuisine but this wasn't the case at all. The best part of the hotel was its spa. The staff here were excellent and they were very helpful. I've attached their pricelist.

L'endroit est très bien avec grande piscine, accès à la mer, plage privée, de l'ombre sous les palmiers ou les parasols, des services irréprochables aux restaurants, aux bars, à la réception, aux entretiens et nettoyage des chambres. Tout est rigoureusement propre en permanence. La nourriture est excellente et variée avec un choix énorme de plats locaux et internationaux. Nous avions déjà été au Paloma Oceana que nous avions beaucoup apprécié et le Paloma Pasha est dans la même lignée. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers si l'occasion se présente. Merci au personnel de cet hôtel 5* qui les mérite amplement.

Nous avions déjà séjourné au paloma foresta Antalya où nous avions été très satisfait de notre séjour ce qui nous a donné envie de tenter une nouvelle expérience avec cette chaîne. Nous ne sommes absolument pas déçu et nous y reviendrons ! L'hôte est propre et bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur mer. Une équipe sympathique souriante. Même si il y a une barrière de la langue tout le monde tente de répondre à nos moindre besoins. Concernant la chambre, elle était très propre et fonctionnelle, une literie confortable. La restauration peut satisfaire absolument tout le monde car choix variés et frais. Même en cas de pépin de santé sur place l'équipe est réactive. Seul point négatif, le petit pont en bois pour accéder à la mer pour traverser la piscine qui n'est pas très pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite et qui par moment est glissant. Nous envisageons même de venir faire notre voyage de noce dans votre établissement 😁

Güzel ortam, çalışanlar çok nazik ve çok kibar, garsonlar çok nazikler. Özellikle Seval ve Tevfik çok hayvanseverler ve tesisteki güzel kedilere bu kadar güzel bakıyor olmaları çok yürek ısıtıcı idi. Animasyon ekibi, özellikle de Dilaver çok eğlenceli ve çok neşeliler. Quentine'deki tüm çalışanlar çok nazik ve yemekler çok lezzetli!
