The location of the hotel is remote, transportation is inconvenient, and the information about the airport shuttle bus is false. The facilities are simple, the windows are broken, and there are safety issues. The original reservation was non-refundable for 3 nights. After a battle of wits with Ctrip, Ctrip was forced to cancel 2 nights as compensation and received 200 yuan from Ctrip as compensation for the inconvenience caused for several days.
