The hotel provides free unlimited water and milk, which is very rare. Most of the hotels we stayed in Australia did not have water.
The service is also good, with staff 24 hours a day.
The only inconvenience is that the parking spot is a bit far away.

Fantastic experience for me & teenager kids. We loved being so close to the Princess Theatre & great cafes & food & city centre. The staff were so welcoming and even changed the bar fridge when I said I’m not drinking alcohol so they changed it to suit us! Lollies & chomps in the lobby we’re a favourite and the towels & beds made each day. Staff outlined a map for suggestions & we felt so welcomed with a Jenga game & smiles! Definitely coming back. Home away from home in Melbourne.

We had an early check in (which was unheard off without a cost these days) though our intention was to check if carpark/care off luggages were available. The room was a good size with TV in every room. The living space was huge and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room and at the lobby. It was a plesant expereince with amenities at bay - banks, restaurants, cafes, malls.

Thanks ovolo for the wonderful stay! Awesome mini bar and light breakfast snacks. The coffee machine at the lobby was a godsend during winter. Close to both the tram and train station too!

The friendly and efficient staff greeted us on arrival with warmth and professionalism. A comfortable bed, an excellent selection of food and beverages and a variety of pillows to suit all types of sleeping styles, were welcome after a big night. The lolly [candy] bar was a sugar-hit treat!

Stayed here for our wedding weekend and loved it! Excellent location, super comfy and the style of the room itself made an excellent backdrop for our initial photos. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the overall experience felt special with thoughtful touches (champagne, lollies, the works).

Fantastic at every level: location, size of room, quirky decor, and highly accommodating staff. Close by to lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes, and within easy walking distance to Chinatown and other CBD locations. Highly recommended for a personal or business stay.

Everything was made so easy by the wonderful team. The location was great, so easy to get to everything, with a short walk to Melbourne Central and train line, and trams at the door step. . The staff made you feel so welcomed. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and booking was so easy. Definitely going back.
