The room was good overall, with complete facilities. We simply changed the garbage bags and made the bed every day. We felt it was going to rain, but we couldn't get back to the room in time, so the staff helped us bring in the clothes that were drying outside, which was very nice. But there were two points of dissatisfaction. One was that the quilt cover was not a quilt cover, but two sheets sandwiched the quilt like a sandwich, and the quilt fell out while sleeping; the other was that we booked a taxi with the front desk in advance before leaving, but the front desk helped us book a taxi similar to a special car, and the same journey cost more than 30 Australian dollars more than when we came, which was a rip-off.

The apartment is located in the middle center of the city. Every people working here are so kind and helpful. Right next door there’s supermarket opened long time, so convenient. The swimming pool is wide and separate warm and cool water.

If you can, don't come!
Next door to the room was a large motor that kept making noise all night long. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The next day, we asked the front desk to change rooms, and the attitude was pretty good. However, we were given a room with a broken toilet door lock and no lights in the room. We were really treated like pigs.

Very satisfactory hotel. The room is large and well-equipped. It is no problem to cook by yourself. The Flagstaff Garden is just across the road and the surrounding area is very quiet.
