When I checked in around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me the room was still in the midst of cleaning and she beckon me to sit and wait for the room to be ready . After 45mins , the receptionist came with the keys and a warm smile. She apologised for the waiting . She given me a free breakfast voucher for 2 and grant me a free late check out. Such a kind gesture and well appreciated. The room was spacious as advertised, clean and comfortable. I truly love the say and will book this hotel again when I am back to Melbourne.

Great position, helpful staff, great apartment!!! With washing machine (dryer!!) and dishwasher. Very well equipped. Nice pool with spa and fitness room.

It was located in the CBD so it was convenient to use the free tram. The living room was spacious and although I didn't use it, the facilities such as the swimming pool and gym were well-equipped.
