On the first night I froze because of a crack in the window…. As if the balcony door didn't close. Horrible.
At breakfast the coffee is bad even for an extra fee, the fruit is not fresh and everything is not tasty

Very happy staying at the Grand Chancellor. Close to just about anywhere we needed to go around town.
Happy to be upgraded to a King room when we arrived at the hotel.
Had a drink in the bar for happy hour.
We didn't eat there as we had a voucher to use at a nearby restaurant.
