I personally think this price is very cost-effective. The room is very large. Because we booked for three nights, we were upgraded for the night we booked separately. The room has a living room and a balcony for drying clothes. The transportation is very convenient. There is a tram next to it. It is about 10 minutes' walk from the Southern Cross. Every staff member is very good. Thumbs up.
The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy outside, and there will be trams passing by, but it is okay if the doors and windows are closed.

The location is amazing, tram and train stations nearby. The staffing was an issue, we waited for like 15mins for the front desk person to show up to check in- apparently she was the only person in duty. The dryer was malfunctioning and the exhaust hood was not doing a great job and we ended up with the oily smoky smell throughout the stay after first day of cooking.
