ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ด้านหน้าโรงแรม เป็นสวน มี tram อยู่ใกล้ๆและอยู่ใกล้ๆกับวิคตอเรียมาร์เก็ต เดินไปเซาเทิร์นครอสได้ เดินไปเอ็มโพเรียมไม่ไกล รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร ใกล้ๆกับ Korea Town ห้องพักสะอาด มีเครื่องซักผ้าเครื่องอบผ้าห้องน้ำกว้าง น้ำแรงดีมาก มีห้องครัวเล็กๆ ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เตียงนิ่มดีมากผ้าห่มหมอนดีเป็นเตียง Queen size 5 ฟุต นอน 2 คนอาจจะพอดีๆ พนักงานบริการดีโรงแรมมีกลิ่นหอมตลอดทั้งโรงแรม สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้

We had a pleasant stay at this cool hotel in South Yarra. It was clean with a great view. However the lifts could do with some improvement. You have to take 2 lifts to get to your floor and this morning the lifts didn't work properly so mummy had to walk outside to get to reception. Lovely place otherwise, great location and lots of character!

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is just around the corner. I stayed at the Avani Jazz for 3 nights. The selling point is 1. Impeccable kitchen area for those who cook! 2. Washing machine with Dryer & it worked! 3. There were 2 TVs but I can't imagine having people watching different channels under one room... The bed was too soft but so as the Pegasus and the Radisson hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had excellent service, though no room service but it's fine. No view (office building). I would stay here again.

The room is of moderate size with a small terrace facing the park. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, which makes simple cooking very convenient. As for the hotel operation, the front desk needs to improve and provide some information about the room operation, because the room is not opened and cleaned, the front desk should prepare information, such as how to clean up the garbage, instructions for taking the elevator (there are two to three sensors in the elevator), how to add towels and toilet paper.
