A bit disappointing I was so excited for the room. Understand that I couldn’t get the room with a tub, no issue with that but when I came back around 2-3am and found out that the soap and everything in the shower ran out was annoying. Also no toothbrush. I felt like the cleaning was rushed or something before I checked-in as they also told me it’s full house but c’mon could have done a better job (maybe?)

Hotel location was great and right smack near all the CBD attractions especially crown 🙂↔️ Only downside was the cleanliness of the room, maybe the cleaners missed out or didn't had time to do a thorough clean as there were some stains on the walls.

Overall stay was acceptable, rooms were relatively clean. Some small details were missed by housekeeping - lotion not topped up, tea not topped up. Bathroom pipes need to be flushed as you can smell sewerage coming out of it. Had to keep the bathroom door closed.
Otherwise, bed was comfortable and room clean.
Had breakfast at the salted egg, service was great, food was of quality - specifically mention the bacon was cooked over grill which was excellent. Not many places do this and it's a small but classy cooking style.
Location convenient but noisey side of town with the trains and junkies yelling for no apparent reason. As a Melbournian I don't go out past 8pm for good reason, so just note there are safer ends of the city to stay.
Stay here if the price is right, generally acceptable.
