The front desk wasn't as welcoming as other hotels (and most other places will offer upgrades) and the breakfast buffet ran late so I wasn't able to have breakfast at the hotel (even though I paid for it)

My third stay at this hotel. Like location close to Flinders street station, right in the city centre, within free tram zone, and amenities.
This time got room at the 2 floor with parking view (no view at all and we preferred to keep the window closed). Not recommended at all, a very big frustration, cause previous times we had rooms with excellent city views

The location of the hotel is good! The view from the room is great. The breakfast is monotonous, tasteless, no vegetables at all. The staff is not very friendly.
