CitiClub Hotel Melbourne

This time I stayed in the deluxe twin room of Melbourne CitiClub Hotel, which was a real bummer. Let's talk about the room first, which is very different from the pictures. The pictures look bright, but it's actually dark inside, and the furniture is not as good as in the pictures. It's called "luxury", but it looks really average. Taking a shower is even more troublesome. It takes half a day to wait for hot water. Every time, you have to turn on the water for a long time, and the water flows in vain while people have to wait. It's very tiring. What I didn't expect was that they didn't even give me toothpaste and toothbrush - isn't this a basic hotel operation? Fortunately, I brought my own, otherwise I really couldn't wash, it was too perfunctory. The most outrageous thing is the bed sheet! It's three layers, like a sandwich, and there's no zipper. The middle layer looks dusty, and the upper and lower layers are so thin that they look like they have no cover. They slide away with a slight movement. I always have to pull the bed sheet when I sleep at night, and I don't sleep well at all. And the sofa is simply unbearable to look at! It was obviously dirty, and there was mold in the corners, black and green, which was disgusting. I wanted to sit down and rest for a while, but when I saw it, I quickly moved away for fear of getting stained. Anyway, this stay was too bad, the hygiene was simply unbearable, the service was not responsive, and the overall feeling was "scam". It's really not worth spending this money to stay here, and I advise everyone not to step on this pit.
