Melbourne City Backpackers

The people at the front desk are very nice and the service is good. The environment is generally clean. Only the bed sheets may have some stains. The facilities are relatively few and the kitchen utensils are basically complete. The location is very good. It takes five minutes to reach the Cross Station and a fifteen-minute walk to the city center. You can store your luggage for free before checking in, which is good value for money.

As far as I can tell, this is the cheapest backpacker in Melbourne. The location is great, but everything else is terrible. The room was on the 4th floor, but there was no elevator, so the stairs were tough every time. The price is low, but the quality of the guests is also poor. They were tidying their things and snoring even at night. The room has a window, but it doesn't seem to be ventilated. It's acceptable for a night or two, but I recommend paying a little more for more than that.

The room is too simple. We booked a single room. Not only is the room small, but there is not even a chair or bedside table. The room has no functions other than sleeping. Backpackers also need basic living functions, right?

I stayed in the female dormitory for 4 people, bed No. 48, for 7 nights. There were people from all over the world, no matter who I was, everyone was very close to each other, and they were able to get to know each other about Melbourne’s culture and customs. The environment was good, and the breakfast was also very good. , I tried the authentic Vegemite, it was delicious😋Both the counter staff and housekeeping staff (********* sister and Chilean sister) and the accompanying brother were also very nice and enthusiastic😘They were all polite and took the initiative to care about us , I really can’t bear to part with it! Due to some reasons, I have to move away. If a friend wants to come to Melbourne, this is the first choice. The atmosphere is like brothers and sisters at home. The location is good, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Southern Cross and Victoria!

The room was on the third floor, so the kitchen was noisy, but it was quiet. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bedding was relatively new, so I felt at ease. There were tables and desks on each floor, and there were plenty of outlets, so I didn't have any trouble charging my phone, so I'll definitely come back here again in the future.
