Clean & comfortable. Friendly staff. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Melbourne. Great location for the Botanic gardens, NGV and access to the city without being in the thick of it.

This hotel has a great location, super large rooms, and microwaves, which are very convenient. You can see the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens from the balcony, and the scenery and air are excellent. It is close to famous attractions such as the University of Melbourne, the Victorian Art Museum, and Flinders Road Railway Station, which can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. There are Chinese waiters at the front desk who give clear instructions.

Lovely helpful staff, so accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure we had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.
