The first thing to consider is the location. This hotel is convenient for travel. The Southern Cross Railway Station is across the road (you can't hear the sound of the train), which is easy to find. There is a large wool supermarket in the station. There are many restaurants on a small street near the hotel. McDonald's and 7/11 are not far away. There are outlets and Coles supermarkets on the other side of the station street. Those who like to walk can stroll to the large discount store DFO and walk along the Yarra River. Go to Flinders Railway Station to take photos and check in, Victoria Library, Art Gallery, Royal Arcade... You can walk (a bit far). The hotel room is of good size and clean. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, with a cafe. A lady at the front desk can speak Chinese and is very enthusiastic and helpful. A satisfactory hotel.

第一天落地的時候選擇住在這個火車站附近的酒店，特別的方便，於是最後一天要趕飛機，也選擇住在了這裏。但是這回給我們選擇了稍微低層一點的七層的房，就是能明顯聽到Tram路過的時候叮噹的聲音。而且能發現到這一間沒有11層的那一間乾淨。廁所的門上有污漬，衣櫃門和衞生間零部件的磨損也比較嚴重。不過也都是無傷大雅，衹不過因為有了之前的對比就有一些遜色，不過好在寄存行李的服務非常的方便。晚上回來晚了，大堂的門也會鎖上，需要刷門禁才能進來，比較安全。

After I reported it to the front desk the next day, the maintenance staff arrived at the room in about 10 minutes to deal with it. The breakfast dishes are basically the same every day. There are many shops nearby. Whether to order a meal that includes breakfast depends on your personal needs! The only thing that made me a little unhappy was that I had booked a room with breakfast included in the price. When I checked in, after the counter staff completed the registration, they told me that the room rate did not include breakfast. Fortunately, I brought the printed confirmation letter with me. After processing it, they said that breakfast was included and I just needed to report my room number when I went to have breakfast. The next day when we went to have breakfast, the receptionist asked if we had meal coupons. I told him that the check-in counter said we just needed to give our room number, so he followed us in. The next day, a new woman came. We couldn't find our information on the list, so we called the check-in counter to inquire. Then she said that our reservation did not include breakfast. Later, the check-in counter called back immediately and said that breakfast was included. The breakfast counter staff asked us to go to the check-in counter to ask him for a breakfast voucher for the next day. After breakfast, we went to find the check-in counter staff and told him the situation. He wrote us a breakfast voucher. This was a small episode during this stay!
