It took half an hour to complete the check-in procedure.
The room air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature to 18°
The bed is movable and cannot be fixed
When I was taking a shower, I realized that the shampoo and shower gel were not replaced. I called the lobby twice before someone brought them back.
After checking out, I was deducted over 500 Australian dollars for no reason. I went to the front desk to ask for a reason and they told me that the wrong amount was deducted.
