My family stayed in the bedroom suite on the 39 floor which gives a beautiful view from the bedroom windows. Amenities in the room are good which allow cooking our own meals. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean.
Service is prompt when request is made.

立地が良く、トラム乗り場も近くに有り
メルボルンセントラル（Melbourne Central)やビクトリア州立図書館（State Library of Victoria）全て徒歩で行ける、凄く近いです!
近隣中華料理店多めですが、飲食店も沢山有りました。
大型スーパーもQVの地下に有るので全てが便利でした！
部屋は清掃有りに変更して頂いたので、ベッドメイキングや毎日丁寧にアメニティ等も補充有りでした！
スリッパや歯ブラシは無いのでご持参ください。

Excellent Stay at Avani Melbourne – Spacious, Clean & Convenient!
I recently stayed at Avani Melbourne and had a wonderful experience! My two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
As a self-driving traveler, I really appreciated the on-site parking, which made it so convenient to come and go. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. Whether you need groceries, souvenirs, or anything else, everything is within easy reach.
Lastly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Highly recommend Avani Melbourne for both leisure and business travelers.
P.s. I took the photo from the hotel. That’s so amazing.

If you want a good night's sleep, don't book this hotel.
I booked a one-bedroom room for a solo trip, but it was changed to a two-bedroom room. I thought it was an upgrade, but it was actually a southeast-facing room. The whole room was very cold, and one of the bedrooms had no air conditioning.
The air conditioner in the bedroom, even when turned off, would make a continuous noise every 1-2 hours in the middle of the night, which lasted for more than ten minutes, making it impossible to sleep through the night.
