Sheraton Melbourne Hotel

The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to 7-11 convenience stores, major attractions and restaurants. The only drawback is that the staff is not well trained. First, they even forgot to put out the bath towels during cleaning. I hurriedly called the counter to help deliver them in the evening, but they were late because there was only one person on duty. Secondly, there were not many types of hot food for breakfast. Some of the food was placed in the freezer and you had to take it yourself. I only had breakfast once. When I checked out, the counter gave me the wrong date and the bill added one more day's meal fee. Although it was corrected, the service level of a five-star hotel needs to be improved.

The check-in experience was extremely bad!!! In the morning, we were cleaning up when the power suddenly went out. Then we called to explain the situation and they said that an electrician would come and we could check out later. We waited for a long time but no one came. We were almost collapsed waiting. Finally, someone came. As soon as we opened the door, a stinky face asked us if we would check out at 11 o'clock. The cleaning staff told me directly that she was room service and had the right to come up to check the room. We explained that it was because of the power outage. She said it was none of her business and accused us of being rude in the way we spoke. She just came to ask us if we would check out. Isn't it? There is no communication within the hotel? Just said that we could check out later, but now she directly asked if we would check out? ! Then she rolled her eyes and left. Who is rude? Reported to the manager, and he just said it was a misunderstanding? ! Is this how a five-star hotel handles it? ! The room is also very small and old, and the lights are flashing like **! The power outage problem was not properly solved. The electrician was knocking in the next room. Are they serious about the power outage in both rooms? ! And don't order food delivered to the room. It's terrible and expensive! The steak was cooked so hard that it was unbelievable that we ordered medium rare. The soup was terrible and at least a ton of spices were put into it. The room was very small and you should never stay at level 3. Half of the window was a wall and it was facing a building outside so you couldn't see anything. It was terrible!!!
