The location is very good, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to Chinatown. There are many Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants and Korean restaurants in Chinatown. The faucet in the hotel room needs to be turned by both hands, which is inconvenient to adjust the temperature. The knives and forks provided in the hotel room are not clean. The heating in the room is insufficient.

This hotel is very bad. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel late because of work, but there was no one at the front desk. I could only check in online. The room number and door code were sent to your email; but when I entered the room, I found that there was only one big bed, but I was on a business trip with my colleagues, and my third colleague also booked another room, which was the lowest price, and mine was a family suite, but the size was the same. I called the hotel and waited for more than 30 minutes without a response. They said they were processing it. As a result, I found the platform and the hotel admitted that they had given the wrong room. In the end, I waited for more than an hour before taking a shower. It was already very late, and I needed to disassemble the big bed myself and turn it into a 0.9-meter bed to sleep, which affected my rest. The next day, the platform customer service told me that the hotel was oversold and there were no family rooms. I asked the hotel to give my third colleague's room breakfast voucher as compensation for the second and third nights, but they refused! In the end, there was no compensation at all. Although they offered to give me an extra room, if I needed two rooms, why didn't I just book two rooms? The service was zero and the attitude was very bad. Finally, the platform compensated me with breakfast coupons for two mornings. For a hotel like this that doesn’t put customer experience first, I don’t think it’s a good hotel.
