The waiters were extremely slow. Slow check-in, slow check-out, slow luggage collection. I pressed the cleaning button, but no one came to change the equipment in the room after staying there for several days. Contact the front desk directly, the front desk will refer to the housekeeping department, and the housekeeping department will contact the cleaner. This problem cannot be closed for a long time. The staff are slow and they call it environmental protection, but in fact they are trying to save manpower, so the staying experience is extremely poor. Worst accommodation in the whole of Australia, and there are a lot of tour groups here. My dears, take a detour!

I recently stayed at the Dorsett Melbourne and found the experience to be satisfactory. The hotel's central location in Melbourne's CBD is convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The room was modern and clean, featuring comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. However, storage space was limited, which might be a consideration for longer stays.
The hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool, spa, sauna, and gym, were well-maintained and provided a pleasant environment for relaxation and exercise. The free arcade games in the lobby added a fun touch to the stay.
Breakfast at the Port Bistro offered a variety of options, though some items were not replenished promptly during peak hours. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although there were instances where service efficiency could be improved.
Overall, while there were minor areas for improvement, my stay at the Dorsett Melbourne was acceptable and met basic expectations.

The location is near the skybus and train stations. The hotel is within walking distance to the market place and many restaurants, theatres and parks.

The address is very good, and transportation is convenient nearby. The parking fee has increased to 70 Australian dollars. The Chinese guy at the front desk was very helpful, but there was a Chinese lady with black and medium hair who had a dead face the whole time. She kept frowning and was impatient, which made people feel bad. .
