The room was clean, but the internet was not working. It would disconnect after a few seconds, connect again after a few seconds, and disconnect again after a few seconds. Basically, the internet was unusable and I had to use my own mobile data. I reported it to the hotel twice and they said they would restart it, but it still didn't work. They said there was nothing they could do. I was very upset that I had no internet for 4 nights.

It was a comfortable tower apartment-style hotel with an oven and dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. I was able to relax as if I was at home.
There was also a gym and a pool, so if I visit Melbourne again, I would like to stay here.
If I could be greedy, it would have been even better if it had a bathtub.

The hotel environment and facilities are good, the reception in the lobby is polite and very comfortable; it was winter when I traveled, the exhaust line in the bathroom was very windy, and the shower was very cold; instead of cleaning and taking out the trash every day, cleaning services will be provided every 6-7 days.

A very beautiful service apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. No housekeeping service for the entire stay, you can get towels and bathroom amenities etc at the reception during office hours.

The overall feeling of staying here is very good! The room is large and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's only a 5-10mins walk from southern Cross Station, and it's very convenient to take the airport Skybus. There are also large supermarkets nearby, or the Queen Victoria Market, all within walking distance!
