The room is very clean, with complete toiletries, and the service staff is enthusiastic. The guy at the door always takes the initiative to help open the door, take the luggage, etc.! The hotel is conveniently located and convenient for travel. The overall experience is very good and worth going to 👍

The staff and doorman were very kind, and although we only stayed one night, it was a great trip.
The rooms were spacious and the price was reasonable, so I would highly recommend it for family trips.

This was my second time. The General Manager Miss Melissa, was really efficient and well informed. Truly appreciate her help with my check in. Thank you as she truly made my 2nd trip a memorable one.
The room is very clean. And so us the lounge and the dining area. A great place to wind down. And I truly enjoy the food at LWG too.

It was not easy to find a hotel with family room. Most other hotels offer suites meaning they have separate bedrooms.
We love family room! The whole family can watch TV together. Very thankful to Christee suites hotel for this room option :)
Love the cleanliness. The service and everything was great! Food was good too! Location was convenient to city centre

The room is a traditional old four-star hotel, the hygiene and service are good, the breakfast is average, the hotel room is on a low floor, but it is very quiet! The staff are also very enthusiastic!

Booked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.
