Aircon in room 2503 not working v well! Not cold despite turning temp to 17degrees. Also very dissatisfied with the Bfast buffet as food is stale/dry not replenish fresh ones & when feedback is given to replenish fresh food, takes a long time. Also aircon not working at all; vvvv hot until fans need to be put up yet temp is still hot making Bfast experience v unpleasant. Family vacation ie 2 other rooms ie 2501 & 2508 was totally unpleasant due to aircon. They only got upgraded to level 26 tge following day. Even with upgrade ie 2607 air fin had problems whete technician came 2x to fix. Overall we wasted a lot of time. For a 5 star hotel, we felt our family staycation was somewhat ruined. Hope DoubleTreeHilton will seriously note tis feedback & make amends to us

Location is good. But the carpark is quiet. Path to the hotel lift is also deserted as the shops are no longer there.

I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone.
That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room.
