J’ai réservé via last minute du 23 mai au 26 mai pour 4 adulte avec un bébé, seulement à l’arrivée personne n’est là et les voisins me disent qu’ils sont partis en vacances ! Je les appelle et tombe sur la propriétaire qui le confirme être en vacances et de me débrouiller pour me faire rembourser ! J’ai halluciné à aucun moment ils n’ont prévenu le site et sans aucun stress sont partis en vacances sachant que nous arrivions. J’ai du trouver un hôtel rapidement avec un bébé sous le bras. Des voleurs sans scrupules ! Fuyez

Réservation faite sur un site de voyagiste sérieux en France . Montant prélevé de plus de 260€ . Arrivée sur place personne le Riad est fermé les hôtes ne répondent pas à nos mille et un appel alors que nous sommes avec des personnes âgées et bébés . La température extérieure était à 42 degrés pour vous situez la scène . L hôte amal fini par répondre et nous dit qu elle est en voyage qu il nous faut faire une réclamation au site et qu ils nous rembourseront . A fuire si nous avions eu plus de temps nous aurions porté plainte au commissariat contre ses voleurs !!!!
