I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the accommodation I recently stayed in. Unfortunately, the room was in a very poor condition, with a noticeable presence of insects and cockroaches. This was quite alarming and not at all what I expected. Additionally, I found the price of the room to be exorbitantly high considering the unsatisfactory conditions.
Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with my assigned room, the hotel promptly accommodated my request and changed my room. However, I was informed that this change would incur an additional cost.

Franchement déçu par le DJ du night club de l’Hôtel Zaki. Musique dépassée, playlist répétitive chaque samedi, et aucune ambiance qui donne envie de danser. Il serait temps de renouveler un peu pour attirer plus de monde !😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Modern but with a traditional moroccan decor, the Zaki Suites Hotel & Spa is likely the best choice for a short stay at Meknes. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom are as well. Not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, but all-in-all it was ok. Front desk staff could show a little more hospitality, the doorman was very friendly though. Did not try the breakfast there as I left very early in the morning.

Je ne comprends pas comment les gens s’obstine à aller dans cet hôtel. Le Service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Prix exorbitant. Est-ce que le propriétaire se croit en Europe le personnel se moque du monde. Tout ce qui les intéressent, c’est votre fric. Sommes-nous des vaches à lait ? Ou totalement stupide.🙃 Garder votre argent ils ne le mérite pas !! Vraiment.

C’est the hotel to be à Meknes c’est pas ma première fois je viens une fois par an et j’ai toujours aimé la propreté de cet endroit les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et les sdb 🥰 un kif de se faire un bain le personnel est juste adorable ils sont au petit soin

Hotel muito bem decorado, muito bonito, quarto grande bem espaçoso, banherio com banheira e chuveiro separado, com secador de cabelo. Pena que o chuveiro grand no nosso quarto não funcionava. bar com telão bem bonito, piscina e ambiente de piscina muito bonito.

I thought the hotel it self, the room and the staff were very good however I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast choices and quality. Also the breakfast buffet was not replenished so if you arrive a bit late you got the leftovers. It is also very difficult to get a small taxi to go into town or anywhere else from there.

Una fogna. maltenuto, sporco, impresentabile, un tugurio imbarazzante peggio di così… Esperienza assai negativa l’hotel cade a pezzi zero manutenzione muffa ovunque, sporco, il cibo una oscenità aria condizionata cn filtri indecenti e nn funzionante Nemmeno 1 stella Insetti ovunque Dovrebbe essere profondamente ristrutturato

Une honte cette discothèque es nul a mourir mais la bouteille est encore plus chère que Marrakech alors que nous sommes à meknes . Boycott a éviter absolument il y’avait un cafard dans les glaçons honte à vous
