不適合年輕人住，進房間很重一股長者味。
衞生：洗澡房的排水不行，會直接堵住不排水。
環境：大馬路邊，晚上會很吵，晚上睡覺吵醒好幾次，隔音也不行都是其它房間的水聲、雜音。
