酒店環境不錯，星級酒店，沒話説。但是前台素養可配不上星級酒店的服務水準，感覺還不如快捷酒店的前台服務好，這的前台拽的很。也沒耐心。

來住第二次了，酒店比較老了，衞生情況一般，但好在房間很大。早餐中規中矩。這次是早上去泡的，明顯水質好很多。離酒店不遠的唐鎮還不錯，閑暇時可以去走走

優美的太白山風景區、龐大的五星萬國酒店，卻讓人留下非常差的體驗；1、進入酒店大堂看不到一人，我以為是自助辦理登記（無人問津）。2、炎炎夏日到了客房空調開了半小時沒有冷風😓，電話打給前台員工後10多分鐘客房服務大姐來了説再等20多分鐘空調主機剛剛開，另外客房除了中央空調還有掛壁空調但是遙控器沒有🙂↔️，再後來我要求退房後客房大姐將掛壁空調遙控器送到客房😏，我就想問下酒店—我要是不打電話你沒就不準備開空調了嗎？ 3、客房衞生、設施設備讓你望而卻步差。 4、一個五星級的早餐趕不上中端酒店的出品，那個服務根本就沒有。5、早上退房到一樓公共洗手間解決人生大問題結果找不到紙巾🧻，每個紙巾盒都是空的。 5、不敢想象這樣的草台班子（管理團隊）、這樣的管理方式如何給老闆創造收益（老闆=大冤種）。一個2018年才開業的五星酒店這才運營幾年就要謝幕了😒。
