酒店比較大，環境也不錯，去了主要是奔着泡温泉去的，但今年去了後，人明顯比之前少很多，太白山的文旅太多了，尤其是温泉，因此人並不多！

房間較為陳舊，但地理位置很好，就在太白山服務中心對面。
酒店有温泉但由於是室內的，稍微有點悶。

房間很大很寬敞，但是衞生間半透明與床鋪之前衹用半個牆面遮擋，完全沒有私隱性也不隔音。冬天房間很暖和，床很舒服，但是被子太厚而且太硬，一動就聲音很大。陽台帶有湯池，但是水太小，在房間泡湯光是放水就要兩個小時。衞生間洗澡水小的不行，一會兒涼一會兒熱。

初二下午入住的，户外温泉衹開放了一半，這也不説啥了，預訂了温泉房間，水放好以後陽台的燈居然是壞的，致電前台，前台態度特別差，説早上壞了，我説我下午辦的入住你們明知道是壞的還給我登機，還質問我想怎麼辦，最後讓一個保潔大姐給陽台房了一個枱燈，真的搞笑，出來花錢還要受氣，我多花幾百專門定的室內温泉，燈居然壞的
