Fantastic hotel in a superb location. Amazing food and drink albeit the steak restaurant can get expensive. Staff helpful and attentive. 5 minute walk to the lifts. Spa was small but immaculate. Could not fault this hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar in the early evening.

Although it is a 4 star hotel, the amount we were charged was more for a 5 star hotel, very poor value for money for the following reasons: 1. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely dark and gloomy, you would literally need your mobile torch to look for things in the dressing room. 2. The toilet is in a separate area, and you cant even use with the door closed because theres no space for your knees to be squashed in! It is that bad! 3. There is no hair conditioner in the bathrooms, and with the amount charged by night, this is the least i would expect! 4. Everynight we would call the housekeeping to come open the sofa bed before 7pm as my kids sleep early and they dont arrive before 8pm because they ‘are busy’, so my 5 and 7 year olds sit for an hour so cranky and crying, waiting for their bed to be opened. I even suggested from the first day not to close it and just leave it open for the whole week to avoid this problem and this was not done! 5. Lastly, we had a meal at the beef lodge, four of us ordered the beef fillet medium cooked, it was extremely chewy we couldnt it eat. Extremely bad meat quality. I will never return to this hotel again, it definitely needs renovation especially the lighting and the bathrooms. Yasmine

Nous sommes allés au bar …très mauvaise organisation voire catastrophique.On nous propose 2 tables hautes à côté du bar puis une table plus cosy nous laissons notre table , arrivée à l’autre déjà prise proposée par un autre serveur. Conclusion nous voilà en carafe avec un responsable qui nous prend de haut. Un hôtel de ce standing doit revoir son accueil et son organisation .

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. On ns vends une chambre de luxe qui fait 15m2 avec des toilettes tellement petite que ns ne pouvions pas fermer la porte. Après discussion on ns change de chambre. Au réveil de ma deuxième quel fut ma surprise de me réveiller couverte de boutons il s’agissait de piquette de puces. Et pour conclure je me suis rendue compte en défaisant mes valises qu’il me manquait un très beau pantalon en cuir. Bien sûr on m’a gentiment dit que le personnel n’était pas responsable mais le pantalon est introuvable. Dû jamais vu dans un hôtel 5 étoiles

Superbe hotel et localisation au centre du village Beau petit dejeuner L service du petit dejeuner pourrait etre plus professionel Les chambres sympas mais a moderniser d urgence Le bar tres agréable mais cher Le ski room un peu basique Le wellness egalement a ameliorer

We visited the lodge park for a few days winter break. We had been to Megeve a few times some years ago so know the area. This is beautiful hotel in the centre of the town and only 5 mins from a lift onto the mountain. The staff are brilliant. We had breakfast but not dinner here. Megeve is a lovely town if you are not skiing and the hotel is perfect.
