Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel mais notre expérience a été entachée par un manque de flexibilité et de considération commerciale. Nous avions demandé à décaler notre séjour pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté, mais cela nous a été refusé sans la moindre alternative proposée. Ne voulant pas perdre notre argent, nous avons maintenu notre réservation, bien que contraints d’écourter notre séjour d’une nuit. Malgré cela, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, pas même un simple café offert. Ce manque de considération n’est malheureusement pas une première. L’année passée, un incident grave s’était produit : une paroi de douche s’est déboîtée et a explosé sous mes yeux, risquant de me blesser sérieusement. Au lieu d’exprimer des excuses ou de proposer un dédommagement, la direction s’est contentée de me demander mon assurance… Pour un établissement de ce standing, on pourrait s’attendre à un meilleur sens du service client et à plus d’attention portée aux problèmes rencontrés par les visiteurs. Dommage, car le cadre est agréable, mais la gestion commerciale laisse un goût amer.

2nd time in the M and its one of our favorite place to stay around the world. Service is incredible good. The smile of the staff makes you feel at home. From the hotel you can do everything walking. it is located in the center of the village and a car is useless.

The friendliest of staff Rich breakfast , cosy fireplace and nice selection of drinks at bar Relaxing spa with gym pool etc Lovely chalet style rooms and bathrooms all very spacious A big thank u to all the team for making u feel at home Strongly recommend

Travelling with kids was a delight thanks to the professionalism of the hotel staff. Concierge reserved all the ski lessons and our favourite restaurants. Small details matter.

Fantastic Hotel with great service and food. Team provided 5* service from reception to baggage handling. Hotel food was equally great. The bar area is great place to wind-down and have great cocktails. Ski storage area and boot warmers just a few minutes walk from the ski lifts. Looking forward to booking our next trip!
