Tout d’abord accueil vraiment horrible, on demande notre chambre au personnel celui-ci nous répond avec agacement que les chambres ce trouve en haut et qu’on doit directement s’y rendre comme si c’était logique, aucun accompagnement, heureusement qu’on la vite trouvé. Ensuite on paye limite 20€ de literie pour des draps et teille d’oreiller taché et poser sur le canapé lit (qui d’ailleurs devait être un lit double) et qu’on doit faire sois même…… Volet électrique qui ne marche pas mais pendant notre séjour il fait gris alors ça va. NON JE DECONNE FUYEZ ET NE DONNEZ PAS 1€ À CES RATS.

L’hotel degli orrori!!! Definirlo una bettola è fargli un complimento, prenotato con Booking, quindi soldi presi in anticipo, ci siamo ritrovati una struttura totalmente sporca e fatiscente, del tutto diversa da quella presentata su Booking in foto, senza front-office, a 1200 km di distanza da casa, senza alcuna assistenza. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiarci appartamento, ci hanno risposto che non ne avevano altri disponibili. Ovviamente non siamo rimasti, non avrei fatto dormire neanche il cane là, figuriamoci i miei figli!!! Loro intanto si sono tenuti i soldi e, nonostante le nostre continue richieste di risarcimento, non ce li hanno restituiti. Zero serietà sia da parte loro, sia da parte di Booking

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien équipées (machine Nespresso). On a apprécié le parking et la proximité du centre du village à environ 1 km. Nous avons tout fait à pied.

The accommodation was much better than we expected reading the reviews. Be aware all rooms are different and have different set ups. Ours 217 was nice and clean, everything we needed. Plenty of space to store clothes. Reception was a little dark and musty which doesn’t give a great initial impression but the keys were waiting for us as we arrived late. WiFi was great and plenty of hot water. Towels and bedding provided and nice and clean. Location is a short distance to centre. We stored skis and boots in a locker in town so no issues. Parking out front was good and next to a small supermarket which was great. Even though it’s on a main road, it wasn’t as bad as others make out - no issues with noise. If you want deluxe this place isn’t for you but then if you don’t want to pay £500 a night then this is a good choice. You just have to manage your expectations. Megeve is expensive! Thank you for a nice stay!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un des studio. Réservation impeccable, renseignements complémentaires parfais. Le studio est extrêmement fonctionnel. Il est proche de Megeve nous avons que très rarement pris notre véhicule du coup. Merci au propriétaire pour ce belle endroit

In a word: deplorable... To be avoided +++. Unpleasant welcome on Saturday August 13 at 2:45 p.m. No toilet paper in the room (and to get some we had to beg at reception. The toilet flush did not work. The bedding was very uncomfortable. In short, even for 100 euros per night it is unacceptable

I book this hotel on the fly, I arrive and there are no sheets or towels, the state of hygiene is terrible ... I ask for a change of apartment, they make me pay for it telling me that I have to ask for a refund of the first apartment to booking .....tired and exhausted I pay back, problems over? No: dirty apartment, dangling sockets, dirty and poorly maintained dishes, I complain and the owner replies that I'm crazy! Obviously I photograph everything and ask for compensation .... in addition to being very rude they have no idea what a hotel structure is ..... if you want to ruin your holidays this is the right place

A fuir ! Hôtel réservé pour un week-end en amoureux, nous sommes arrivés à la chambre que l’établissement nous avait proposé, et la surprise !!!! Rien ne correspondait ! Ce n’était pas pas la même chambre que sur les photos (sur ***********), rien n’allait : aucun accès handicap dans la chambre (critère de recherche important pour nous). Sans parler de la propreté de la chambre qui avait été fait à moindre effort , des travaux au milieux du couloir, même pas un lit c’était un lit superposé pour enfants et un clic clac délabré. Nous sommes directement repartis après en avoir assez vu, service de remboursement à l’image de la chambre, il faut se lever tôt pour pouvoir espérer que quelqu’un décroche et ne veulent rien savoir sur le manque de professionnalisme de leurs employés. Aucun remboursement n’a été fait.
