Housekeeping staff did best to help us, but hotel is not worth the money I paid. Washroom are very small and rooms don’t have furniture.
It’s difficult communicate with reception, they don’t understand English and they aren’t customer friendly as well. Location wise it’s okay for singles, but with families it’s quite a walk till Masjid-e-Nabawi and there are no good food options as well within the hotel area.
