Was placed in c block which was away from all amenities, really sad as they would not give a refund for us to move on to another hotel!

Great short stay .. not our first time at Pullman Madinah. Will come back god willing

This is an ideal location as Masjid e Nabwi is just 3 mins away. There are many restaurants nearby and almost all of them serve good food. The rooms are pretty spacious but lighting is too dull. Also the phone in my room was not working which was later fixed by the hotel staff. The king size mattress was not comfortable, seems like it requires replacement. I also hope that they will replace their existing refrigerator with the new one as it was not working well or may be moving it out of cupboard will help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as my main focus was to have easy access of Masjid e Nabwi.

Overall a gd stay. Breakfast with view We managed to check in early as we reached in the morning. Room was spacious for 4 pax but a bit dark..some lamps are spoilt and need a change of bulbs. We went in sep and it was quite a walk to Masjid Nabawi for the first time as it was abit warm. It gets easier as the days goes by. A bit further for Ladies Gate. Breakfast is gd and the food is served on 2 floors. The uppper floor has a beautiful view of Masjid Nabawi. Love the fresh fig. .

Hotel is great in everything from reception to the pallman but in need for maintenance specially bathroom and housekeeping was very slow

It sounds like the Pullman Zamzam Madina hotel offers spacious rooms with a chance of free upgrades, which is great. Being near Masjid al-Nabawi is definitely a plus for many travelers. The first room given was not as per the booking guidelines. After serious talks then reception team did the change . I do appreciate the efforts of the team even thought it was after a long talks. Location of the hotel is one of the most convenient in Madinah .

Its was very good stay the people there very nice also the food not to bad If you going to umrah that is good Place to stay & very close to the Masjid ….

Close to the the Green Dome. Close to the Quba' walkway 500 metres if you wish to take the buggy to Masjid Quba.

This hotel is very good and 5 star ⭐️. Also very close to Masjid Nabawi. The breakfast was really good. They gave me a family apartment, which is a room, living room, dining and two different bathrooms. But, the other bathroom smells really bad and had stains all over as if there was a spill of 💩 which flooded to the dinner and kept smelling forever. Also, there was no loud speaker in the room so I couldn’t hear the adhan at all

Too far for lady's to go to Masjid door have to pray outside in the ground ......no carpet when it's full

Disappointing 4-Day Stay at Zamzam Pullman I recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Zamzam Pullman, a hotel that fails to live up to its five-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that left me feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. *Key Issues:* - *Unsecured Room*: On the second day, we returned to find our room open, despite ensuring it was locked before leaving. The main door's locking mechanism was faulty, compromising our safety and privacy. - *Toilet Door Issues*: The toilet door couldn't be locked, further highlighting the hotel's lack of attention to detail. - *Average Breakfast*: The breakfast spread was mediocre, with the exception of the fresh fruits, which were excellent. - *Amenities*: We had to request a dental kit, which should have been provided as a standard amenity in a five-star hotel. - *Location*: While the hotel's proximity to the Haram is a plus, its orientation facing the Qibla side means guests must walk further to join prayers, which can be inconvenient. - *Poor Value for Money*: Considering the hotel's shortcomings, I believe it's overpriced and not worth the money. *Overall Rating:* 3/5 stars *Recommendation:* Until the hotel addresses these issues and improves its services, I would caution against staying here, especially given the premium price point.
