Hotel is pleasant and is easy access to the Masjid Nabawi, the room is comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights, the lobby is amazing rounded . no problem with breakfast Because it is diverse with varieties that satisfy all tastes. There is ample seating area in the restaurant . Overall, I've enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

The hotel room was a triple room but so small no space for 3 suitcases and my mother's walking frame. The lifts are a nightmare, Waited ages for lifts to arrive. The safe was broken when we arrived and after many attempts still not fixed. The breakfast was a nightmare. After a great stay and experience in makkah hotel, we were so disappointed. Small cramped dining area, breakfast chaotic. Minimal seating, no access for elderly person with frame. Dirty dishes left and tables not cleared. No one checking room number when arrived. We went out second day for breakfast as it was so traumatic.

Unprofessional staff ,need service development so we couldn’t find a helpful employee No English at all and she didn’t even seek help for that just ignoring us so it’s a rude behaviour from the woman at the reception , old furniture at the room , bad food quality! never come again .

Hotel is pleasant - the room is cosy and comfortable. Stayed for 4 nights. The furniture is dated and served its function- the tissue cover in our room was broken. They are 4 elevators and because the lobby is round, you need to keep moving to check them. The daily breakfast spread offers the same menu - which has limited variety. There is ample seating area in the restaurant . Overall, I've enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Check out time is 12 noon but you can stay till 2 pm. Hotel is about 200m from the grand mosque.

Stayed as our agent said it’s very clouded to masjidul Nabi which it is. The hotel from any lifts looks amazing. But that’s where it stops. The rooms are smaller than you’d expect for a ‘5star’ hotel. The rooms have fridges in but they do not give you and ironing board nor iron. It’s 14 stories and the has many lifts but can be quite annoying as when the lift stops on your floor the lift may be full and you then have to wait for another one. There is no azaan in the room it self but from outside the rooms you can hear the azaan. The breakfast is on the mezzanine floor. The breakfast has some different options that you’d expect. There is someone there that makes fresh omelette , fried eggs etc and waffles on request. One thing I’d recommend for the hotel if staff can ihave knifes on the table as it’s very hard to spread jam with a fork. The business centre has very old computers running on office that seems like a is a 97-2003 version. The computer internet doesn’t work and was difficult to use. The WiFi is so so. Can be better but wouldn’t complain if it can get the tablet or phone working, which it does but the buffering is annoying.

Definitely the worst hotel to stay. Rude, unprofessional staff at reception. Dirty and unclean room . House keeping a nightmare. Worst place for breakfast and dining area. Terrible staff. They have a dining area that goes around the walkway. Not enough seating. Pathetic staff. Agents in uk will.tell.you nice hotel but believe me. Its a nightmare

Reviews are ones personal opinion and should be read in that context. It did not meet my expectations and therefore I have given it a 3 star. I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the Holy Mosque, as that is the reason why people would travel to the City of Madinah. The Breakfast was reasonable but the croissant, the danish etc were not fresh.

Excellent in every sense of the word. Worth the visit. I recommend it. The breakfast is excellent. It provides parking according to the possibility. Customer service is excellent. The reception stays with the guests. The hotel is clean. The corridors. The rooms. I did not previously find these services at this price in the hotels I visited previously. Very, very excellent.

The lobby resembles that of a ship, high, with stairs and mirrors. The restaurant is on the first floor, perhaps due to the Covid emergency they placed us in a sort of large corridor with tables and chairs, in front of the buffet. Good food - rice, chicken, lamb, vegetables, sweets. In closing, the terrible Saudi coffee. The service staff was courteous. Sumptuous atmosphere, but a little dark.
