The reception staff was friendly. I had booked a deluxe room for two nights. The room was very dirty. The floors, the tables, the edge of the beds were dusty. The shower head was broken. The room was smelly and musty.
The team leader of the breakfast restaurant was not friendly. When I asked for fresh milk she told me that they did not have milk, but a white tourist who was sitting opposite our table had received fresh cold milk. When I confronted her why the white tourist gets the milk and I don't??? She does not answer my question, in the end I get a glass of warm condensed milk instead of fresh milk. I give the hotel a 2 everywhere
