The service is very bad, came on the 24th to confirm check in while I showed the booking email but the receptionist in front said there was none, I was even told to go to the Oyxx hotel around there, I was forced to carry my suitcase here and there to the hotel they said, but after I came back 2x and said this is what I ordered here why isn't it there?? While showing the email again, then the receptionist looked for the booking code again, and then said there was (and didn't feel guilty) without saying sorry
And the security in front also saw us getting out of the car having trouble carrying 3 suitcases but had no intention of helping, just looking at it, this is a nice luxurious condotel, it's just a shame the HR employees are chaotic

Actually, it's a really good place, really in the middle of the city. The price is also really cheap, you can get 2 rooms. But it's a shame that cleanliness is very poor. There were small cockroaches, the toilet was leaking, the refrigerator was leaking, there was even rubbish under the bed, it hadn't been swept up. Hopefully the cleanliness will be further improved
