Die Aussicht zum Meer wird durch einen Aufzugschacht zum Dachrestaurant beeinträchtigt. Blickt man Richtung Stadt sieht mann eine ganze Straßenzeile die seit 10 Jahren ungenützt wird und schon von Büschen überwachsen wird. (Lost Place) Parkmöglichkeit gegen 11 EUR / Tag 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt auf dem Lost Place Gelände. Unsere 4 Jahre alte Tochter musste 16EUR für das Abendbuffet zahlen, obwohl sie fast nicht gegessen hat und uns vorher mitgeteilt wurde das Kinder unter 11 Jahren nichts für das Buffet bezahlen müssen. Die Hotelausstattung ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Essen gibt es nur in gewissen vorgegebenen Zeitfenstern und Essensgruppen. Der Speisesaal ist eng und mit Gästen gefüllt. Wir hätten uns von einem so teuren Hotel mehr Erholung und Service erwartet.

Das Rugard ist ein gepflegtes Vier-Sterne-Hotel und direkt an der Strandpromenade in Binz gelegen. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und die Binzer Bucht. Im Zimmer waren Bademäntel und Handtücher zur Nutzung des hauseigenen Spa-Bereichs vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist zwar nicht besonders groß, jedoch sehr schön angelegt mit zwei Saunen, mehreren Dampfbädern und einem kleinen Ruhebereich. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel-, Spa- und Restaurant-Bereich war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes und entspanntes Hotel zum entspannen und relaxen. Angefangen von immer freundlichen Personal, ausreichende und saubere Zimmerausstattung (Wasserkocher fehlte), Frühstück war immer super und ausreichend und total entspannter und schöner Wellnessbereich. Ok das Thermalbad (Wassertemperatur) könnte wärmer sein. Aber ansonsten alles Super 👍
Wäre auf jeden Fall wieder ein Besuch wert und wird weiter empfohlen.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Zimmer mit Meerblick war toll. Man hatte nicht nur Meerblick sondern auch Meeresrauschen.
Das Essen war wunderbar. Sehr lecker.
Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das es zuwenig Liege/Ruhemöglichkeiten im Saunabereich gab. Der Wellnessbereich war aber sonst schön.
