Great hotel for a weekend in Mechelen. Great parking in the Hoofstraat. 300 meters from the hotel. Don't use Google map, but waze, otherwise you'll keep driving in circles.

Great personal service Thank you for the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the two individuals who made my stay at the Minor feel like home. I stayed for business and arrived quite stressed. The receptionist took the time on the phone to guide me through the city center, helping me navigate around a block and eventually find the parking. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist's warm welcome quickly alleviated my stress. In the evening, the night porter continued the trend of friendliness. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious.

De locatie van het hotel is top. Midden in het centrum van Mechelen. Je kan ook parkeren bij het hotel dus dat is perfect! Het hotel zelf is echter erg verouderd. De badkamer is aan opfrisbeurt toe en er is ook geen airco op de kamer. Met temperaturen boven de 25 graden is het dan erg warm op de kamer. Het inchecken duurde ook erg lang en het personeel was niet per se vriendelijk. Prima hotel voor 1 nachtje/weekendje, maar langer zou ik niet aanbevelen.

Het hotel was het gewoon allemaal net niet. Hotelkamer is mwa, niet goed genoeg schoon gemaakt, badkamer is echt verouderd en alles wordt nat wanneer je normaal doucht doordat er een douchegordijn hangt. Het heeft dan wel weer een goede locatie en dat is in mijn ogen de enige reden om dit hotel te bezoeken.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast had a large selection, many items were unfortunately not fresh. The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of the old town, it is unfortunately showing its age and is in dire need of renovation. The room was very large, but the mattresses were as hard as asphalt and the pillows were unusable. The air conditioning was broken, as was the shower rod. The shower curtain was too long and dirty. The hotel would have been fine for an overnight stay due to its location, but it is not suitable for a longer stay. The value for money was also not right: a double room cost around €120 per night, including breakfast.

we werden er supervriendelijk ontvangen! aangezien we om 06u30 vertrokken, was er reeds ontbijt om 6uur! en onze bagage mochten we in bewaring geven tot s avonds, waarvoor dank!
