I had to go down to the reception 3 times, there was no toilet paper, and no towel, and I had better wait for them to give it to me, and if they lack too much maintenance, and are very dirty, the room needed a lot of cleaning, The bathroom door didn't even close, the latch to close the room didn't work, the internet doesn't work and you don't get the signal either, the sheets on the bed looked dirty, and the pressure in the bathroom shower wasn't much. It was cut off, and I was not the only one at reception complaining about the same thing, there were several rooms, it is not worth it even though its view of the sea is very nice

I made my reservation and then I saw the terrible comments about this hotel. I was about to cancel and look for another option but in the end "we raffled off" (don't let anyone tell us). And honestly it will not be the newest hotel, it does need maintenance but our 2 night stay was very good. Excellent service ⭐️. The staff is super attentive and friendly.

Hotel en pesimas condiciones, desafortunadamente no lei los comentarios antes de reservar, el agua de la piscina esta verde, todos los comentarios negativos de otros usuarios son reales, no arriesgues tus vacaciones, ni tu salud. Mi intencion es que no se arrepientan al momento de elegir su hospedaje, y la unica forma para evitar que sigan engañandonos con fotos falsas, es dejando de ir. Luego no digan que no se les aviso.

El hotel está deplorable, no se hospeden. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas. Me retire del hotel ya que el cuarto dejaba mucho que desear en limpieza. Solicité reembolso y el hotel se niega por su "politica de reserva no cancelable ni reembolsable". Y por mentirnos con sus fotos, que procede?? El cuarto no tenía tele no hay internet... A eso como le llamamos? Estafa!!
