The hotel had Secure parking and we were glad because the car was packed with a ton of personal items. We had been driving for hours and were very tired. The room was way more money then advertised and i feel that my 81 year old mother was taken advantage of. When I parked and arrived she had already booked and paid. We were shown the room which was on the top floor, smelled like terrible sewer, and had no windows. 2 beds, a small bathroom with no towels or soap. Later that night when returning to the room realized that the beds only had a bottom sheet. It was a warm day and we though we could turn on the air conditioner, fold the one sheet in half and be fine. Little did we know the A/C was set on a timer and would not stay on for more than 30 mins. Nothing worse than a hot stinky box to sleep in. We figured it was one night and we would get up early and leave to keep driving south. The room was right beside the washer and dryer/cleaning area for staff, which the staff argued until 2:30 am in the morning. And knocked at the door at midnight to give us 2 towels and soap, which we had not told them that was missing. More arguing at 6am and slamming doors though out the hotel. The location is great and the guy at the front desk is very kind, other than charging my mother to much. ($1350. MX) I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone wanting a good nights rest.
