Al llegar me recibiero muy bien, atentos en recepcion, botones y durante mi estancia el servicio en todos lados fue muy bueno . Las habitaciones muy comodas y , los meseros atentos especialmente Eliezer. Espero volver pronto a este lugar o a cualquiera de la red que tienen.

The service was amazing. They're very attentive, helpful, and so kind. The view is beyond gorgeous of the beach right off the balcony of our rooms.With there being 13 of us.. Sandra from the kitchen was so sweet and kind. Very generous and fast at her cooking service. There are so many amenities they have, pool, game rooms, spa, different restaurants you can try. The food was a 2.5 out of 10. In my opinion but the service over all was 10/20. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for the amazing 1st time experience 🫶🏾

Excelente estancia, esta es nuestra sexta visita, da gusto ver que los colaboradores que iniciaron el proyecto sigan estando ahi dando un servicio Premium. Muchas gracias a Teo y César que andan en el área de albercas y cuidando la entrada a Preferred, a Guadalupe e Irving que están en la barra del bar de preferred a Claudia del Spa y Xitlali (la chica chaparrita de la hidroterapia), muy profesionales, a Dago, Joel y Óscar del sports bar que nos sirvieron muy bien en la pelea del Canelo, aunque está muy mal el sonido para los eventos, eso si tienen qué arreglarlo con urgencia. A Hernán y Roberto de la barra de alberca preferred, excelentes. A Eduardo nuestro mesero del Patio en la cena. A nuestro buen asesor de UVC Gerry (Gerardo Cortés). Y por último al mejor mesero de todo el resort, ALONSO en el desayuno en el Market Café, él representa todo lo bueno de sus servicios. Nos vemos en Verano y saludos a todos.

En general todo bien. Ana belén de Ocena,excelente anfitriona, así como Miguel del bufete de desayunos y la sra. Sandra de los omelets ademas de rico excelente servicio.Oscar en la alberca muy buen servicio. La Sra. Teresa que barre diferentes áreas amable, servicial, y muy linda. Solo me gustaría que cuando tengan eventos contraten más personal,por que además de que no se dan a basto, se ven presionados por que no toda la gente entiende y se desesperan. Gracias
