Ein vier Sterne Hotel das hinter den Erwartungen zurück bleibt. Kurz zu den positiven Dingen: super Lage im Zentrum Mayrhofens, fussläufig zur Penkenbahn. Ein super schöner Wellnessbereich, der neu, modern und für ein Skihotel sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Auch die neuen Zimmer sind sehr einladend, kein Teppichboden, sondern Fliesen und Parkett, alles sehr schön umgesetzt und sauber. Leider war das Essen wirklich nicht gut. Das Frühstück war zwar ok, weil alles da war was man so braucht, aber wenn das Brot schimmelt wirds schwierig. Ein Laib tat dies, das Personal sichtlich peinlich berührt. kann zwar passieren aber bildet kein Vertrauen. Das Abendessen 4 Gang Menü war leider eine komplette Enttäuschung. Gemüsesuppe ohne Geschmack, nachsalzen allein reichte nicht. Aufstriche mit Brotscheiben als Vorspeise. Das Bauern-Buffet konnte leider auch nicht überzeugen, was es gab: Fleisch und dieses war auch nicht lecker - Kassler, fettig und ein merkwürdiger Geschmack. Auch die Drinks (Aperol und Campari Soda), wässrig und der 1/8 l Wein, immer einen halben Finger breit unter der Marke. Wirkte so als müsste gespart werden. Das Personal war teilweise bemüht und teilweise desinteressiert. Alles in allem, leider schade, da uns Essen sehr wichtig ist. Ggf. ist das Essen a la carte besser. Ich hatte einmal einen Käseknödel der wirklich sehr lecker war.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et juste à côté de l’arrêt de bus. Nous avions une chambre familiale très spacieuse, salle de bain avec double vasque et baignoire. Literie de bonne qualité. Le local à ski est parfait. Petit déjeuner très varié ainsi que la demi pension.

We stated at Hotel Rose for 7 days for a family ski trip. We have been to mayrhofen many times but this was first stay at Hotel Rose. Read a few mixed reports before we left. However from the moment we arrived the hotel could not do enough to help. Early access to room / adjoining rooms / great food / very friendly service. Rooms were very clean and had all we needed. Would thoroughly recommend and we will be back next year.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location is good and the room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was luxurious with plenty of options. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff, particularly the front desk lady who went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Every need was met with professionalism and warmth. The attention to detail and personalized service made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Sehr schöne Hotel.Bequehme Bedienung . Alles war auf maximum.Fruhstuck und Abendessen super .Kann ich nur Gute Worte sagen.Gut das habe ich diese Hotel gewählt .Hotel ist in Zentrum Mayrhofen und Ski Bus 30 m von Hotel.Auch Billa in die Nahe. Sehr gute Platz.Nachste Ferien in Rose😀

Het hotel is best prijzig, maar daar krijg je ook een hoop voor terug. Het is de vier sterren helemaal waard. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en zeer netjes. Ruime kamers /suites en fantastisch nieuwe welnessgedeelte. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze en ook het avondeten (in o.a. buffetvorm) is echt heerlijk met ook hier zeer veel keus. Ligging is ook top, binnen twee minuten lopen op de hoofdstraat. Naar de Penkenbaan is 7 minuten lopen, Ahorn 10 minuten. Indien nodig stopt de skibus voor de deur. Supermarkt vlak bij hotel. Skikelder ook super. Kortom, een aanrader!

Fantastic service even when things don't go quite to plan the reaction to help is 5 star. Food was great and again the service was faultless. Breakfast hot and cold great selection. Boot room ample and secure. easy walk to town and ski bus straight outside to Penken Gondola. Steam room we didn't try because it was mixed and no swimwear! Beds were very comfortable and bathroom modern with fab shower

Hotel Rose is in a great location near the town centre but also very quiet. Breakfast choice was really varied, dinner was lovely every evening, also salad buffet with lots of choice. Pleasant bar area. Comfy beds and great bathroom. We didn't use the spa so unable to comment. Every staff member was helpful and smiley and we would definitely stay at the Rose again if we were in Mayrhofen
