非常棒的度假酒店，酒店頂樓是一個非常漂亮的游泳池 能看到雪山，也有泡泡浴非常温暖舒服，酒店負一樓有個室內游泳池 裏面有小吃，累了可以享用，酒店的早餐晚餐非常豐盛可口。特別棒。非常推薦的酒店

We stayed with a large group of friends and the hotel was so accommodating to seat us all for dinner. The food was healthy and delicious with a wide variety. The pool and spa were so relaxing. The gym had everything needed and the common area was a great gathering place. Hotel Neue Post is highly recommended!

Exceptionnel ! C est l endroit idéal pour se relaxer et apprécier la gastronomie autrichienne. 2 piscines à l ambiance remarquables et diverses salles de restaurant typiques. Buffet petit-déjeuner 5 étoiles aussi. Le personnel charmant et attentif.

Absolutely amazing hotel in beautiful countryside, the service was great, stuff was nice, helpful, always in a good mood, rooms big with modern furnishing - always perfectly clean, food was beyond expectations, absolutely delicious.. I dont use to go repeatedly to the same spot, because I like to try new things and places, but I will definitely come back to this hotel..

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I return, I’m delighted to find something new and improved, showcasing the hotel’s dedication to keeping the experience fresh and inviting. The décor is simply beautiful, with each room impeccably cleaned and maintained. One of the highlights is the full-board dining experience. The food is not only delicious but also presented with great care, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The fully equipped wellness area is a real treat, especially after a day of hiking. However, the true gem of this hotel is the rooftop pool, where you can enjoy your drink right in the pool—an experience that feels truly luxurious. Above all, what sets this hotel apart is the incredible atmosphere created by the exceptionally friendly staff. They make every guest feel special, going above and beyond to ensure that each wish and request is met with priority and care. This is the first hotel where I genuinely felt like a valued guest, and I can’t wait to return.

Wir haben im Sommer auf der Durchreise in Mayrhofen einen Tag im Hotel Neue Post verbracht. Nachmittags Spa & Wellness. Abends Essen. Eines vorweg: ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Aber eben auch nie aufdringlich. Eine Mischung wie man es sich wünscht. Kompliment und vielen Dank. Leider war der Dayspa für uns nicht so schön und erholsam. Als außer Haus Gäste bezahlten wir Eintritt (was ok ist), hatten dann aber nichtmal Liegen am Pool. Dann doch lieber außer Haus Gäste abweisen anstelle Geld zu nehmen und die Leistung nicht zu bieten. Auch den Raum für die Massage fanden wir nicht wirklich passend, da direkt an der sehr belebten Straße mit viel Unruhe. Das Abendessen hat dann aber für vieles entschädigt. Wir haben phantastische Stunden mit wirklich tollen Speisen und Getränken verbracht. Wareneinsatz, Geschmack, Portionsgröße. Für das Restaurant gibt’s eine klare Weiterempfehlung von uns. Den Wellness & Spa Bereich fanden wir nicht erholsam.

Lovely atmosphere in beautiful suroundings. Spent four days with familiy, youths, The Hotel neue post was a great frame for our holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely Hotel with many good facilities. Spacious rooms and baths. And wonderful food!! To have full board makes all the food organisation for a family very smooth and easy. Would highly recomend this Hotel.

It was our first visit to Zillertal/Mayrhofen but hopefully not the last. We are so happy with our choice of hotel which we found by reading reviews. It suited us perfectly. The Juniorsuite Post room was a decent size for us and the cleaning worked perfectly, always fresh when we came back after the day's hikes. The food was excellent throughout the day, everything from breakfast to lunch and dinner. We had the same waiter six days out of the week and he was very attentive and service minded and contributed to making us feel so good. The wine cellar was fantastic and one of the highlights of the week was that we had the opportunity to participate in a short wine tasting with a visit to the wine cellar. Next visit, we hope to participate in a longer one to be able to share Willis' skills. We even have to come back soon to have time to try the SPA, which we didn't have this time as there was so much we wanted to experience in Zillertal! The only thing I can complain about is that there was a lot of smoke coming into our room from the outdoor dining area. A search shows that 25% of Austrians are daily smokers, while only 6% of the Swedes are. We simply do not like smoke. All in all it is a wonderful hotel in every way and we hope to return no later than the next summer!

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft in eurem schönen Haus! Die Familie kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam um die Gäste da fühlt man sich wohl! Die Unterkünfte am Outdoor Pool sind so schön für uns perfekt! Die schöne Einrichtung auch in den Frühstücksräumen dieses schöne Holz und die außergewöhnlichen Leuchtkörper sind uns aufgefallen! Das Essen im Restaurant haben wir zweimal genossen … Alles Top Auch die Jungs im Service - Top! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und empfehlen euch sehr gerne weiter! Hedwig und Sigi
