We stayed in Neue Post Hotel for 4 days during our family ski trip. We loved it! First, Mayrhoven is an amazing place, and this hotel made this vacation unforgettable. All is on a top level here! Food just the best! The room nice and clean. The indoor pool is very warm! (Sometimes in the hotels they do have an indoor swimming pool but the water is so cold that you don't want to go there. This is not the case for Neue Post! you will love the pool!). We also enjoyed the kids playroom and a gaming room! The bus to the ski cable stops just in front of the hotel, which is super convenient! I still can't get why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars. It definitely feels like an awesome 5 stars Hotel. We already booked the upcoming year here :) and recommended it to all our friends!

Great hotel with super 2-room suite perfect for family. The rooftop pool and the saunaexperience including aufguss was really something. The breakfast had everything you could possibly wish for, but the dinners were more ordinary. Very friendly staff.

Amazing experience. We are group of 10 on a work incentive trip. From initial email with Anika to book and help organise to the fantastic service we got from all the staff in the hotel it has made the trip. A massive shout out to Nina in the bar who kept the drinks coming and Velo in the restaurant who could not do enough for us. The rooms are modern, clean and tidy. The roof top pool was fantastic and just the ticket after a days skiing. Hope to return next year.

Heel mooi ingerichte kamers en badkamer met goede bedden en een geweldige douche! Leuke extra faciliteiten zoals mooie wellness, fitness zaal, speelruimte en vooral het prachtige rooftop zwembad. In de bar is het zeer gezellig vertoeven en ook de eetruimtes zijn gezellig en mooi ingericht. Zowel ontbijt als diner zijn zeer gevarieerd en lekker. Personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig

Very nicely decorated rooms and bathroom with good beds and a great shower! Nice extra facilities like nice wellness, fitness room, games room and especially the beautiful rooftop pool. The bar is very cosy and the dining areas are also cosy and nicely decorated. Both breakfast and dinner are very varied and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. In short, a lovely hotel.

Everything was very good, just the small remark to the refrigerator in the room that was too noisy therefore we have it switched off. The food was excellent, we should only appreciate more variety of the offer during afternoon jause ( we have missed some typical austrian specialities as for example Kaisersmorn,Germknödel usw.) The personal was very friendly, generally we were very satisfied and thank you.

Fantastic top hotel in Mayrhofen, unpretentious with quality facilities and excellent food in a great location. Great, friendly staff and owners who are consistently visible, available and care for their patrons . Cannot find any fault in my stay.
