The number one priority shared by every staff member at Salt is to provide superior customer service for their guests and ensure that their needs are met in a beautiful and relaxing environment! Everyone was kind and welcoming which made our stay enjoyable! We loved having easy access to the beaches, as well as the many water activities provided by the hotel. The gentlemen at the boat house were helpful and encouraged us to participate in all of the activities! The beach is very clean with breathtaking views of the clear blue, turquoise water, sunny days and beautiful sunrises/sunsets! The spa, Salt Equilibrium, is very nice! Anju has a fun, carefree personality, and very professional and knowledgeable in regards to massage therapy! The food was good, but my friend and I agreed it is a bit overpriced! Breakfast is made to order! The chocolate praline croissants were my favorite…oh! And chai lattes! Cocktails weren’t our favorite as I believe the bartenders were probably beginners. However, they do have nice wine selections! Overall, our experience was excellent and we would most definitely rebook this hotel again! One recommendation would be to have transportation (motor bike or car) so you’re able to venture off to see other areas of the island! However, the hotel reception would be more than willing to book transportation for you!

The location is good, the hotel can provide free snorkeling service, you can also see a lot of fish snorkeling next to the hotel, the sea is very clear, great.

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop. Go to the hair ball and try to avoid Sunday. We had 2 weeks of this trip, which was wasted. The public holiday supermarket of Zhoumao Maoshu was closed, the hotel was closed, and the project did not have to play.

Free parking and gate security are in place like all hotels in Maodao. We were just in time for the hurricane. We couldn't go to sea in rainy days. The hotel also had a lot of entertainment facilities. Table tennis, football, sand, volleyball, and pool. The WIFI signal in the room is very weak, only the balcony signal is very strong. I wonder if the facility was affected by the hurricane. The beach is downstairs, but the WIFI signal is very strong. There are many schools of fish not far from snorkeling, and basic water sports facilities are free of charge. The staff is very friendly, the environment in the yard is beautiful and quiet, it is much better than the salt selection we stayed behind, it is worth recommending ~

The hotel location, environment, and service are very good, especially the service is much better than expected, very welcoming, it is recommended to have a Chinese waiter in the Chinese restaurant, otherwise ordering is a problem for people who do not know the language, and the room is only equipped every day 1 bottle of water seemed a bit stingy. Later, there was no limit on the water and bath towels at the Shangri-La Hotel, and it felt very good.

The hotel is large, the catering is rich, and you can enjoy tuna freely. The room is also large, the facilities are new, the service is very attentive, a typical resort hotel, and the bar atmosphere is very good.

You can also book a barbecue on the beach. The hotel has free water sports and junior classes. Breakfast, my little brother will sell cute paintings. The only small regret is that the room does not depend on the sea. It is recommended to couple couples and big families to choose a better room type.

We went to One & Only Le Saint Geran for February half term with our teenage son. The things that caught our eye to come to this resort was the Tribe teenagers club and the options for watersports, as well as the O&O reputation. We weren't disappointed. The Tribe teenagers area was situated away from the main reception but close to the gym, exercise areas and the tennis and padel courts. There were plenty of things for my son to enjoy: table tennis, rip skate boarding (the staff showed him how), 9 hole mini golf, basketball ring, table football. There was also interesting activities to do for the week. There was an outdoor seating area to hang out or meet, which meant that if my husband and I were playing padel or in the gym we could meet up and he could join us if he wanted. The gym had all the equipment you needed and staff were on hand to help if needed. We played padel tennis as a family every day with one of the Tribe staff filling in to make up a four. Most days we used the gym together or met each other in seated area afterwards. We all enjoyed the stand up paddle boarding in the lagoon. My son and I learnt to wakeboard having not ever done water skiing before. The Boathouse guys showed us on the deck how to do it, and were very patient and encouraging whilst we were learning. We both managed to stand up and get going around the lagoon. Our room was downstairs on the lagoon side with views over the mountains. The rooms were more spacious than we expected with plenty of drawer space, hanging space and large shower. Beds very comfortable as you'd expect. We needed more pillows on our bed and these were promptly delivered. The lagoon side was quieter which we preferred. There were a couple of windier days which made the beach side less comfortable so were happier sticking to swimming on the lagoon side. My husband and i enjoyed sitting outside watching the clouds over the mountains in the evenings. We ate at the buffet, Tapasake and Prime. The buffet food was a very high standard with plenty of choice. Prime was excellent but Tapasake was our favourite with varied and interesting menu, and cocktail menu. Lots of attention to detail and thoughtfulness is apparent. Things like hooks outside to hang swimwear to dry rather than over a chair, sunlounger or wall; also the shape of the outside patio meant that hanging swimwear wasn't very visible to others walking past. A clothes line to pull across the shower was also very useful. The teenage area adjacent to the sport area so that we could check in if needed, and switch to family time as well. There was also a hotel host each day we could contact via Whatsapp. We typically go for a low phone use holiday, but actually this meant that we could message our host to book or change padel court bookings, make or change restaurant bookings, or if we needed anything additional from house keeping. The service is very good, the environment is good, the staff is very nice. Dining in the restaurant is quite expensive. If you are not used to it or think it is too expensive, you can bring some self-heating hot pot or self-heating rice to improve the taste. The hotel has a free ferry to Ludao Island every day. It is a very good experience to enjoy the sunny beach on Ludao Island and eat Chinese rice.

Very satisfied. After entering the gate and parking the car, a hotel car picked us up and took us to the front desk to check in. The environment is very good, the infinity pool is next to the beach. The room fulfilled all my fantasies about a resort hotel. I really want to stay here for a longer time. If anything happens, the waiter can be contacted at any time via WhatsApp. The most grateful thing is that we misjudged the flight time and the waiter pointed it out. This prevented us from arriving at the airport very early and allowed us to stay in the hotel for a longer time.
