This was our second time and we had such a great time! The sip and paint event was a great way to unwind - perfect mix of creativity and relaxation. Loved the variety of snacks and drinks available. I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

Amazing experience by all staff and its located in an amazing place. The view from the hotel is spectacular. We enjoyed the customer service especially by the receptionist who provided me with first aid after an injury I had while trekking somewhere else. Much appreciated. The food definitely needs some improved we found the food to be a lil bland and a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

This is a hotel where you can meet Chinese tourists, but there are very few Chinese people. First of all, the junior suite has a double bed and a double sofa bed, which can accommodate a family of four, but another child under 16 years old has to pay an additional 80 euros per day without an extra bed, including breakfast. The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and courteous, and the other service staff were also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is very bad for Chinese people. It is not suitable for Chinese people than Intercontinental. Dinner is just okay and relatively rich. However, I only had dinner once in the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities that a resort should have. There are many swimming pools, but there is no exclusive swimming pool for children. The hotel beach has very white sand, which is obviously much better than the hotel beaches in the north.

The hotel environment is very good. The reservation on Ctrip includes breakfast and dinner, and the hotel stay has a consumption of 100 US dollars, which is very cost-effective. There are four restaurants in the hotel. I personally recommend the Asian restaurant (Pictures 2 and 3 are Indian restaurants), fried noodles, pizza, fish and rice, all of which are delicious. However, the most popular place to eat is the buffet restaurant. Although it is not delicious, there are many choices, mainly fruits. The waiter at the seafood restaurant was very unfriendly. Because I didn't speak English well when I ordered, I was laughed at by the black waiter, which was very rude. The hotel can pay attention to this.

This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

This time I came to Mauritius to stay in two hotels, this one feels more cost-effective. The room is larger and the service is better than the strict selection. You can scan WeChat and Chinese service. It will introduce the free and paid activities of the hotel in detail. It is very rich. The hotel also has a golf course and a castle restaurant, which can be visited by a battery car at the front desk. I gave a lady a hat and two bowls of instant noodles in each room. The disadvantage is that there are not many varieties of breakfast and the taste is not good enough, which is incomparable with the strict selection. The Italian restaurant at dinner was ok, the beach bar was lively and there were band performances, but nothing delicious except fruit.

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.
