The hotel is very old, the service is good, half the price than Four Seasons, the environment and scenery are 60% worse, and the location is convenient for entering the city

Such an amazing place; incredibly kind staff that has been super supportive to a single mommy travelling with her son. The food was outstanding and the pool room out of this world! If you want to have a perfect stay for your holiday in Mauritius, Le Jadis Beach Resort is definitely it!

My sincere greetings to Le Jadis, I would truly like to share my experience being my first time at this resort, I truly appreciated the services provided by the following staff:Mr Pravesh who is truly professional in field as he handled my needs with dedication along with ms Tina, ms Pooja, Mr Christophe,Mr Adi(even tho he is new to the job) and Mr Divesh. Very satisfying and worthy service. Haven't received any opportunity to complain. These employees are truly uplifting the class and image of Le Jadis.

4th time to the hotel. The best place to be to unplug. Heated pool in our room with a magnificent Seaview. Food was nice. Room clean and all facilities included which other hotels don't have. Don't worry if you forgot your toothbrush they have it all in the room . Special thanks to Mr Arvin and Mr Kiran who made our stay more pleasant. Thanks to the waiters, barmen and staffs for always coming up to our needs. Kids enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back again.

The complex is a local architectural gem, beautifully situated, integrated into nature and the beach. First-class construction. The people who work here make an alert, motivated and very friendly impression. The regular service procedures work well. As is often the case in Africa, special requests require a little patience and several attempts. We found the breakfast varied and good, although the fruit was only second quality on 6 out of 8 days. It was only when the resort owner arrived that the fruit was first class . In the evening, the buffet was ok and some dishes in the Asian restaurant were very good. However, it is worth exploring restaurants outside the resort in the evening. The excursions organised by the hotel (South Island, snorkelling tour) were great fun. The massage at the spa was very good. Taxis are relatively expensive, but in our case the drivers were very reliable. Anyone hoping that the air conditioning will cool the room to below 21 degrees Celsius (70 Fahrenheit) will be disappointed, as this did not seem feasible in our case. At least a fan provides some cooling.

Hotel is definitely in need for a renovation. Staff was sub par at best with customer service. Definitely not a 5 star, worst part of the island for a hotel as the beach was just bad to look at. The event manager was really bad at her job for the conference handling. Food was bland and horrible.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at LeJadis Beach Resort & Hotel. The room with a private pool was the absolute highlight, offering us perfect privacy. The entire resort has a wonderful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying every moment. The excellent facilities and outstanding service made our stay even better. We loved every second of our vacation and felt completely recharged. A perfect place for couples – we will definitely be back!

Booked an overnight stay at Le Jadis for my birthday. Overall it was an 'ok' stay but definitely not a 5 star experience. We got a room closed to where there's a construction going on so we were woken up by the noise as early as 7h30am. The noise goes on through out the whole day. I was surprised that they did not allocate us to an another room as there was not many people at the hotel. We had dinner at Sylea restaurant, food was great and service was excellent but was let down at the end when I saw a hair in my dessert. The restaurant manager apologised and i was gifted a bday cake. Also, not much to do... when we went to look for board games, there was no one to assist. So overall I was dissapointed as my previous experience at Angsana was a lot better.
