On a bien manger et super bien dormi. le service était digne de celui d’un palace. Le personnel et à l’écoute et vraiment très gentils. Je remercie les femmes de chambre qui même après avoir fait la chambre dans la journée revenait nous demander si on voulais qu’elle soit rafraîchir fin d’après midi. Du jamais vue et c’est très agréable d’être choyé de cette façon. On se sent privilégié dans cette hôtel car tout est fait pour nous être agréable. Vraiment je recommande si vous voulez passer de bonne vacances dans un lieu où vous vous sentirez vraiment bien. Le cadre est magnifique et l’hôtel est très soignée et très bien organisé. Et surtout chez Paul et Virginie, vous manger locale, la cuisine mauricienne est délicieuse. Un voyage inoubliable !

Truely wonderful resort. I will leave with more than a little sadness as our holiday was fantastic and I'm sad it's come to an end. Beautiful rooms and views work great food, service and friendly staff.

Amazing hotel, just returned from a ten night stay. Everything about the hotel was just perfect, from the moment we arrived the reception team, and all the other staff including bar, restaurant and room service made us felt most welcome. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anybody. Lastly a big shout out to the ladies in the spa and gift shop, and especially not forgetting Lulu and fluffy.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und überlaufen. Es erstreckt sich über mehrere Ebenen, so dass man überall einen Rückzugsort finden kann, um zu entspannen und relaxen. Es ist wunderschön liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, einfach ein Traum zum abschalten und genießen. In den Zimmern ist genügend Platz. Alle sind Richtung Ozean ausgerichtet. Der Zimmerservice arbeitet ordentlich und sauber, kommt 2x am Tag. Die Restaurants bieten internationale, aber auch einheimische Küche an. Sehr geschmackvoll und für jeden was dabei. Das SPA bietet ein großes Angebot und eine unheimlich gute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Es gibt zwei Pools und einen Bereich am Strand. Alles wird ordentlich und sauber gehalten. Hervorheben möchten wir das nette und liebevolle Personal im Hotel. Alle sind hilfsbereit und haben immer ein liebes Wort und lächeln im Gesicht. Das ist so viel wert. Wir sagen Danke und kommen sicherlich gerne zurück 🙏🏻

Hôtel à taille humaine Personnel gentil, disponible et souriant Salle de sport, petite mais propre et dans laquelle tout fonctionne Au bar, d'excellents barman vous font des cocktails à votre goût et vous font découvrir des spécialités locales. Excellent choix au restaurant le soir: buffet tout inclus très bonne qualité et bonne diversité... Par contre le midi, bonne qualité mais 1 seul plat du jour (cuisine Mauricienne/Indienne) ou pâtes ou pizza... tout le reste de la carte est en supplément et chers. Joli hôtel au concept "chic, naturel et paisible" malheureusement peu adaptés aux personnes handicapées avec de nombreux escaliers, des éléments de décoration jolis mais fragiles et pas pratiques. Les rangements dans les chambres ne sont pas très pratiques ni confortables, implantés dans la salle de bain et le WC, ne disposent pas de porte pour les isoler. La porte de la salle de bain est joli mais empiète sur la circulation autour du lit... il faut faire très attention la nuit si on ne veut pas allumer la lumière pour éviter de buter dedans. L'interrupteur de la salle de bain est mal placé, dans l'entrée de la chambre, à plusieurs mètres de la porte de la salle de bain. Rien n'est grave mais gênant au quotidien. Dernier point que je souhaite signaler, nous avons suivi les consignes pour ne pas changer tous les jours nos serviettes de toilette, pourtant elles l'ont été à chaque fois... Encore une fois, ce n'est rien de grave mais c'est dommage.

I couldn’t recommend Veranda Paul et Virginie enough. It’s such a magical place that oozes relaxation and calmness. As soon as you set foot into the main entrance, you feel at ease. The staff are absolutely incredible. Every person we encountered was friendly, approachable and welcoming. They anticipated your needs and were more than willing to help. The decor and atmosphere of the hotel is absolutely incredible. It truly is a magical place! There are so many opportunities to try whilst you stay here. We enjoyed time at the spa, participated in a cooking class, went on a trip on the glass bottom boat and enjoyed a trip to Grand Baie. There was so much more we wanted to enjoy but just didn’t have enough time. The views are spectacular, from every angle you are amazed! Highly recommend staying here!!

"My two sisters and I had an incredible time together! The hotel staff provided excellent attention, and everything was flawless: the room, restaurant, facilities, and bar. The VPV teams are absolutely wonderful; their passion and dedication truly shine through. The food was also excellent. Our heartfelt thanks to all the beautiful team members for the special attention they gave us, my sisters were left absolutely stunned!"
