The room is big, but the hygiene is average, and the room service is even more average. I booked a twin room but was given a king-size bed and a temporary child bed. Ctrip was also very bad and failed to coordinate after 4 days. The sea area where the hotel is located is also very bad, the sea water is turbid, and the beach is not clean! ! The key is that I was forced to spend 315 dollars at the hotel during Christmas! !

We had a great time at the Radisson Blu Azuri. We had a lovely garden view with the sea in distance. We enjoyed many activities that we could book directly at the reception. The food was always very delicious and the staff was very nice. It has a free shuttle to the Radisson Blu Lafayette, and we could be at the Resort, Beach and Restaurant for free. A special thank you to Sheel. He was always very friendly, kind and helpful with everything. He made sure that we always got everything we asked for. He made our stay even more special!

Amabilité et disponibilité parfaite du personnel, avec en plus un accueil personnalisé avec un message floral de bienvenue dans la chambre, très touchant. Petits gâteaux et vin d'accueil très appréciable, buffets très bien garnis et variés. Merci à Vinay et toute son équipe.

Adeptes des Radissons à travers le monde, celui ci fut une réelle surprise !! Un hôtel vraiment vieux. Bien entretenue certes mais les matériaux ne trompent pas… la chambre confortable, literie top, propre, Le personnel agréable. Maintenant passons aux choses sérieuses, le lagon au secours … juste à côté d’une mangrove, la couleur de l’eau exactement la même qu’une lagune, marron et trouble, même les enfants ne voulaient pas s’y baigner, un vent fort et agaçant. Tout le monde se retrouve donc à la piscine, une piscine de taille moyenne pour la quantité de monde qui s’y trouve, et vu que la mer est désagréable tout le monde est à la piscine, nous n’avons eu aucun transat de libre, donc déjà une journée sur deux de ratée dans le week-end, le lendemain on prend le petit déjeuner, on va retenter de se baigner et déjà les clients avaient posés leurs serviettes sur tous les transats donc aucun transat une nouvelle fois de libre, « la blague » … je vais me plaindre à la réception, le sympathique responsable du bar se retrouve obligé de débarrasser des serviettes de clients fantômes sur les transats pour qu’on puisse s’y installer, situation très gênante. Bref on se retrouve à avoir une heure ou deux de baignades de tout le week-end. La couleur de l’eau de la piscine pas mieux que celle de la mer…. Enfin grosse déception, heureusement que nous sommes résidents à l’île Maurice depuis peu car si on avait fait 12 heures de vols pour arriver dans un tel hôtel on aurait moins rigolé. L’organisation autour de la piscine est totalement à revoir et des travaux et activités pour compenser la baignade désagréable dans le lagon auraient tous intérêts à être entrepris.
