Rude behavior noticed from the security staff near entrance  with local guest, this was informed to reception staff

We stayed here from the 3rd July for 10 nights , we had 2 beachfront junior suites with a pool . The rooms where great, very spacious and with everything you need. What made our experience even better was meeting Kavita , our housekeeper. Our room was always kept clean and tidy and often with some beautiful towel art ! Kavita always greeted us and had the time to talk to us and help us with anything we needed. Thank you Kavita. Also thank you to all the staff at The black rock restaurant (Chatish, Rajesh, Kewin to name a few and the rest of the crew ! ) you also made our holiday an unforgettable one ! . Always well greeted and the food is amazing! All The staff at the Radisson became family, from the first time you get there and are greeted by the reception staff and from the many times you are around the pool bar and restaurant area.....a few more names to thank for greatness , Senthilabl,a great hard working man who will always greeted you! Kenny,Luv,Suraj,Remesh,Kish, Josh and Kunal.. all fantastic! All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable memory. So thank you to all !! We will definitely return!!
