The room is big, but the hygiene is average, and the room service is even more average. I booked a twin room but was given a king-size bed and a temporary child bed. Ctrip was also very bad and failed to coordinate after 4 days. The sea area where the hotel is located is also very bad, the sea water is turbid, and the beach is not clean! ! The key is that I was forced to spend 315 dollars at the hotel during Christmas! !

The first question asked at check “how & who did you book with? I said ******* & we didn’t get the same service as those booked directly with Radisson! No cold towels, very slow mediocre experience compared to others! We had the only one bedroom private pool villa, it was nice, spacious, the pool was wonderful but a lot of black mold in the shower that they did nothing about after we asked them to remedy it on 2 consecutive days, we had a hornet nest they did remedy. The suite had no ice bucket or umbrella (no big deal) but they treated us as if they didn’t believe us and insisted on checking themselves to see, sheets and towels were old & worn, full of balls, pillows need to be replaced or restuffled, mattress is tired, the value is not there for the price of this suite compared to other smaller private pool rooms! The food was our biggest disappointment, we chose this hotel as they said they could provide dairy free and gluten free diets but it lacked choice, would wait for an hour for GF/DG crepes, no desserts, breakfast buffet was good, dinner buffet was dreadful, repetitive, on weekends when locals stay the food was much better quality & variety! No bananas, no lettuce for salads, many excuses including the cyclone (lol), it had nothing to do with it!!! Half board is a joke! NO drinks included, not even basic water, Nespresso in room is ‘chargeable’ as is everything!!! Would not stay here again! Many other choices for better value on the island!

Was impressed with the resort. We had a beach villa with a small pool. Very private and luxurious inside and out. Resort staff were very good. Special mention to Aman and Lobin at the Nines restaurant. Very good guys - you were the best. The food at all of the resort restaurants was very good. Good choice, good service. Only issue for me was the main bar. Service was sometimes a little slow and drink orders occasionally went awry.

Our stay at Radisson Azuri started off promising—we were a group of 8 women celebrating two birthdays. Unfortunately, things took a sharp turn for the worse, and it became clear that our treatment was rooted in racial bias because we are African. The staff were disrespectful and rude, dismissing valid complaints about a moldy-smelling room and a leaky roof, labeling us as "noisy" for raising these issues. Meanwhile, we noticed European guests receiving polite and attentive service, which only highlighted the blatant disparity. Shockingly, even among the staff, Black employees seemed to face poor treatment from their peers and superiors. It’s no exaggeration to say that even people living under the bridge would have been treated with more dignity than we were. The facilities didn’t live up to the online descriptions—peeling paint, subpar buffet offerings, and an overall lack of upkeep. What should have been a luxurious experience felt degrading, compounded by racially charged incidents. A bartender reduced one of us to tears with slurs, while another physically confronted someone from our group. When we defended ourselves, they threatened to call the police and locked us in the restaurant. Thankfully, one manager helped de-escalate the situation, but the damage was done. We’ve stayed at Radisson properties worldwide, and this was beyond disappointing. For Black travelers, this place feels like a chapter out of a painful history book rather than a modern hospitality experience. Radisson Azuri needs to prioritize intercultural training and address the discriminatory attitudes of its staff. Basic dignity and respect shouldn’t be negotiable. Avoid this place if you’re Black and want even a fraction of your money’s worth. A deeply saddening and traumatic holiday.

From the moment we entered until the very last second of our stay, everything was absolutely perfect. Each member of the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel offered a wide range of activities, so many that we couldn’t even experience them all in our time there. Despite this, we felt completely comfortable and relaxed, and most importantly, we had a fantastic time. The hotel manager was particularly thoughtful, checking in with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and making sure we felt truly welcomed. The food was outstanding, with a diverse selection that catered to all tastes, and the room was simply amazing—spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. All in all, our stay was an unforgettable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.
