Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga).
Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Every staff member is very friendly. We complained on the first day that the hotel rooms were not as big as described. After Ctrip's coordination, the hotel upgraded us to the best room the next day.
The food in the hotel is very delicious. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but the dinner is very rich and changes every day. There are 4 restaurants that basically have delicacies from all over the world. There are various song and dance performances, piano performances, etc. every night in the restaurant. The wonderful arrangements of various activities on New Year's Eve are even more unforgettable!
The hotel has many activities every day, our favorites are archery, tennis, snorkeling, etc., all free of charge. There are 4 swimming pools for you to choose from. There is no need to worry about finding a chair. As long as you lie on the beach chair at the swimming pool, you will have a cold and delicious drink delivered to your hand.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and felt at home every day. We would have stayed there if it hadn't been fully booked and couldn't book a room.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive.
Our room had direct access to the beach. The pool was perfect as well as our stay.
It was for us the best hotel in Mauritius.

We just returned from two weeks all-inclusive at Paradise Cove where we had our wedding ceremony and honeymoon! We wanted minimal stress and that’s exactly what we got. Our wedding organizer Kacey was extremely professional and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The bride got ready in the spa and used the hairdresser service, which was excellent. She walked down the aisle to musicians playing songs that we had chosen which was a lovely touch. After the ceremony, we had an amazing five-course dinner at The Cove restaurant. The hotel feels wonderfully quiet and private, which was one of our favourite things about it. You never struggle to find a sunbed by any of the pools or a good seat at the bars or restaurants. The staff are an asset to the hotel and really made our stay special. We loved doing water aerobics with Ayvind (twice!), a bike tour with Emmanuel, the You and Me Pirogue trip with Jerome, and water sports with everyone at the Boathouse. We also visited the spa for treatments, which we would definitely recommend. The food and drink was amazing throughout. The staff at Stay Bar and Peninsula Bar always made an effort to keep our drinks topped up, and Manoj went out of his way to remember our drinks orders, which was very sweet. We visited the pancake chef at breakfast every morning – he was always very kind and smiley. Our room was always kept beautifully clean – big thanks to Kumari and Suresh. We particularly liked Kumari’s efforts in decorating our bed with flowers on our wedding night and a birthday! Overall, we can’t recommend Paradise Cove enough, and would love to return in the future.

Nous avons passé 6 jours pour notre lune de miel et nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. L’hôtel est exceptionnel. Du service, à l’emplacement, à l’organisation jusqu’à la restauration (excellente, digne de très bons restaurants). La chambre était magnifique. Tout était parfait.
