Heritage the Villas

This was my second stay at Heritage The Villas—my first was in 2019, and it was one of the best trips of my life. We celebrated my brother’s honeymoon and my parents’ anniversary, and I have such special memories here. The hotel even surprised us with a cake and upgraded our villa to an ocean view this time, which was a lovely gesture. However, I was disappointed with the new breakfast setup. In 2019, we had a shuttle to the Anatolia buffet, but now it’s a set menu at the C Beach Club with very few options (mainly eggs). Service was slow, and dishes came in the wrong order—main first, then starter, and drinks last. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which made the experience less relaxing. I still really love this place and truly hope the breakfast service can be improved. I’d love to return again and have it feel as amazing as it once did.

We spent ten nights in a spacious 4-bedroom villa at Heritage The Villas in Bel Ombre—an experience that exceeded expectations from start to finish. Space & Accommodation Quality The villa was stylish, well-maintained, and elegantly furnished with premium comfort, including a private pool overlooking the nearby golf course and lush landscape. The layout offered separate dining and living areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to alternate between social meals and independent dining. Service & Hospitality The level of service was exceptional—from daily cleaning to the proactive and professional approach of the front office team. We received personalized attention and support throughout our stay. The check-in/check-out process was smooth, and the team was flexible and solution-oriented. Amenities & Activities A golf buggy was provided and proved essential for navigating the large resort area—especially helpful for families with kids. Access to 12 restaurants, 8 bars, a full-service spa, golf course, tennis courts, mini golf, kids’ club, and fitness facilities ensured that every family member had something to enjoy.

The place was beautiful it felt like a vacation within a vacation. The villa was super clean everything was organized and had all we needed , The whole resort was dreamy so calm and relaxing , The photos on booking don’t do it justice I really hope they update them . Breakfast at C Beach was okay the menu was limited but the coffee was really good. Huge thanks to Charlene and Adarsh for the las minute reservation at Annabella’s which was one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had . The staff all around the resort were amazing super friendly helpful always smiling and very professional Heritage is lucky to have such a great team and especially Charlenewho helped us with the check-out she was thoughtful calm and handled everything smoothly. Also Pritesh was the first to welcome us and made our check-in quick and effortless he was really friendly and very professional and made a great first impression . One thing that didn’t really make sense is that the villa is for 6 people but they only offer a golf cart with 4 seats and they’re strict about it ,The villa is a bit far from the beach and the restaurants so it wasn’t convenient .They do offer a shuttle bus but I wanted to enjoy the weather not sit on a bus . The place is absolutely magical and definitely one of the places I’d love to stay at again for the next Mauritius trip . جميل لا تترددون.

Heritage hold its name deep down in its roots, from the modern and luxurious villas to the core of Mauritian historical sites in the south, style of living, its warmth, its welcoming, the caring for their customers are no equal to other hotels i’ve personally checked in. Every staff knew what had to be done and pushing beyond what was required. This was Admirable! We did not expect that! Ms. Charlene took the guest relationship to a whole new level! Stephanie and Pritesh did the same as well. We must not forget the phenomenal Nicolas at Heritage Awali! This guy could make your day even if there was a funeral! To say that Heritage the villas is, to me, one of the best in terms of FULLY-equipped villas, amenities, response time, customer service, caring, loving, polite and patiently waiting for your requests! ‘’Those people never sleep !’’ The shuttle service was awesome!!! I am personally fond to think that their surpassing for client satisfaction made everyone’s day over the last weekend! The Heritage team is a phenomenal! Our stay was truly amazing — surrounded by stunning nature and warm, welcoming people. A special thanks to Mr. Samy, the shuttle driver, for his kindness and helpfulness throughout our visit. The privacy was exceptional, and the property is vast, with beautifully maintained golf courses all around. We also really enjoyed the food at C Beach — it was delicious! The only minor inconvenience was the presence of some wasps near our pool, but it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience
